A beautiful location overlooking the city - we had a great stay at Georgios’s place! Great instructions that made it easy to find and easy check in / check out. Nice restaurants and bars nearby. We can definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

This place is perfect! Malgorzata was kind enough to pick us up at the ferry port and walk us to her place, she showed us all the amenities, had things available for us to take to the beach, and had bottles of water fresh in the fridge for us. The place is located at a walkable distance from everywhere, the beach, the port, the nice churches up hill, and many nice restaurants in the center. The terrace is perfect to spend an afternoon after a long day out. The place looks even better in real life than in the pictures, I recommend without hesitation to stay there, and if I’m ever back I will stay there again. Thank you!!

George was very friendly and helpful. His place is quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable beds. We had an issue with the Ferry strike which prevented us from leaving the island for our next destination. Leaving us with no place to stay. He quickly adjusted reservations to accomadate us to stay there. We highly recommend his place.

L’appartement était très propre et idéalement situé, à 2 minutes à pieds du port, dans une rue relativement calme. Les indications de Kostas étaient claires et détaillées, tout s’est très bien passé pour moi :) Les deux seules choses que je pourrais relever sont l’étroitesse de l’entrée et les escaliers assez raides, ainsi que le frigo qui a tendance à faire beaucoup de bruit à certains moments.

Απίστευτο δωμάτιο και πεντακάθαρο! Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, το μπάνιο πεντακάθαρο, το κρεβάτι πάρα πολύ άνετο και ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Οι οικοδέσποινες υπέροχες και επικοινωνιακες!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για αυτήν την υπέροχη διαμονή να είστε πάντα καλά! 🌼🌼🌼

Πολύ φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι. Ο Κωνσταντίνος απαντούσε κατευθείαν στα μηνύματα και είχαμε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Ο μπαμπάς του Κωνσταντίνου πολύ πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει με τις βαλίτσες μας και να μας καθοδηγήσει για τα must του νησιού. Η αυλή στο πίσω μέρος του διαμερίσματος ήταν το highlight του δωματίου. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική σε ένα από τα γραφικά στενάκια της Ερμούπολης με εκπληκτική θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

The apartment is well maintained and just as shown in the listing. Angelena provided an excellent guidebook and responded quickly whenever contacted. The steps are definitely a challenge and one should consider that before booking. However, once you are there, the view from the terrace is stunning and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would return to this location and recommend it to those who are physically fit and traveling light.

A beautiful and unique house in the neighborhood of Ano Syros, which I found one of the most characteristic in the whole island. Super clean, very close to restaurants and shops, and to the street where you can catch taxis. I would love to come back. Highly recommended.

WHAT an incredible place to stay. We stayed for 5 days with our 4 children. The house is incredible. Lots of room and so interesting - set into the hill. Beautifully cool inside, even when outside was HOT! With SPECTACULAR views out to sea. Lovely inside and outside space, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery etc. Great local recommendations. Only a 1 minute walk down steps to a swimming point - beautiful aqua water. You can swim accross to a diving/jumping area which the kids LOVED. I stupidly left the keys inside and shut the door, which meant I contacted Takis who came straight away and then called a locksmith, who sorted the issue. I was very apologetic for the hassle and Takis was really kind about me interrupting his day. Few suggestions for those with kids/coming in high season: - If you what to hire a boat/go on a boat trip, book ahead. Limited boats/availability - Vari = lovely family beach with paddle board etc hire - Swim shoes recommended for swimming over rocks

Thank you so much again Sofia and Konstantinos! This beautiful apartment on Kini beach is one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in. It’s clean, spacious and about a 50m walk to the beach! Its location is perfect for those wanting a beach holiday retreat, whilst having the comfort of knowing you’re only a 15minute drive to a major Greek port and town. The apartment itself was stocked really well with water, juice, milk and olive oil which was a very nice touch. There’s also a gorgeous little terrace where you can hear the sound of the waves! I would really recommend this apartment and Syros itself.

Our stay at Anastasia’s apartment on Syros was exceptional. Every detail was perfect. Our host greeted us at the port and looked after our luggage while we waited for check in. When we arrived, the apartment itself was immaculate and our host had left us some local sweets and treats. We mentioned that we’d forgotten a yoga mat and the terrace would be perfect for yoga and when we arrived back at the apartment that evening there was a brand new yoga mat left outside the door. We honestly couldn’t have been happier here and Anastasia was truly the most accommodating host we’ve ever met. She even gave us a tour of some of the Island’s sights in her car. We can’t wait to return and would't consider staying anywhere else.

Το κατάλυμα δίπλα στην θάλασσα ήταν αυτό ακριβώς που ψάχναμε για το διήμερο! Υπέροχη και ήρεμη τοποθεσία. Από κοντά είναι ακόμα πιο όμορφα! Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα! Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία!

I spent a week with three friends at Christian's place and we immediately loved everything about it. While you need to hike up the stairs to get to the flat, the views of the city and the sea are worth it. The place itself has a very cool design, is cosy, functional, clean, and great for relaxing on holidays. It is also close to a beautiful Vaporia platform where many locals go swimming, and a 20-minute walk to a favourite bar of ours - Theosis. Would highly recommend visiting this charming island in the Cyclades and staying at Christian's!

Errika è stata veramente gentilissima con noi, ci ha permesso di fare il check in anticipato e ha anche risposto positivamente ad altre richieste! L’appartamento è carino e in pieno centro, dal porto sono 3 min a piedi, una comodità estrema! Bisogna fare i conti con le scale che, dopo una giornata in giro, si fanno sentire! La vista dalla camera ripaga della fatica! Lo consiglio veramente!

This place is truly fantastic - it has everything you might need and is absolutely beautiful! We especially loved the outdoor area, which is perfect for relaxing even when it’s windy. The view is stunning, especially at sunset, but also just waking up to the peaceful surroundings each morning was such a treat. Antonis’ father, Dominikos, was incredibly friendly and welcoming and he gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations so make sure to ask for these! We were also welcomed with a lovely basket of local goodies, including delicious homemade jam, which was a thoughtful touch :) You’ll definitely need a car to get around, but it’s absolutely worth it for the location and the views if you’re looking to relax. Can’t recommend this place enough - we’d love to come back!

Fantastico appartamento nuovo Abbiamo amato la casa di Ionnnis e Myrsini. Per chi come noi ama stare all'aperto al mare, ci sono due splendide terrazze una rivolta a est e una a sud che permettono di avere ombra durante tutto il giorno con un'ottima vista mare. L'interno dell'appartamento e' nuovo, curato in ogni dettaglio e molto funzionale. Aria condizionata/deumidificatore per le giornate molto calde anche se le molte finestre offrono una ventilazione perfetta. Si puo' raggiungere la spiaggetta di sabbia in 5' a piedi, ma e' consigliato un mezzo per muoversi in tutta l'isola. Gli host sono stati molto gentili e disponibili in tutto. Il soggiorno che sogni qaundo cerchi un airbnb. Prenotate!

We had an amazing stay! Antonis picked us up from the ferry and gave some recommendations for the area. The apartment is super cute and the area perfect. You have a supermarket in walking distance and nice coffee shops, restaurants. This was the perfect place for some days on the island to explore (by car). They were super flexible with check in and check out times, which was amazing due to ferry times. We would always come back to this place. Thank you!

Staying at Fani‘s was Great. She is super Friendly. Communication with her was Great. The appartment is close to a Beach and some nice Beach Restaurants.

Blue Gres was an amazing find! The place was very well-equipped, squeaky clean and even better than the pictures. I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Tinos.

This was a real treat. For us, this was a holiday to relax and unwind with some great views and some sea to dive into in the mornings. This place was absolutely spotless and designed to a super high standard. The hosts were absolutely superb; with daily cleaning, and all of the useful basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, some local honey, fresh eggs, milk, bread and some booze. Fresh towels were provided regularly and Domenikos gave us a full run down of everything to do in Tinos which was really handy. The views were spectacular from this place and the beach was about a 5-7 minute walk. We went in October, so it's towards the end of the season - if you're looking for a quiet holiday with temperatures within the 20-25ºC region, this is the best time to go. Beach bars are often closed at this time but we were the only ones on the beach. If you have issues with mobility and want to get around the island, hiring a car is a very good idea - the apartment is all on one level.
