Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

Συνδυάζει την κοντινή απόσταση από το δημαρχείο και την πλατεία της Ερμούπολης με την ησυχία της γειτονιάς. Προσβάσιμο μέχρι την είσοδο χωρίς καθόλου σκάλες. Σε απόσταση περπατήματος από την καλύτερη παραλία της πόλης (Βαπόρια), δίπλα στην κεντρική αγορά Ερμούπολης, λίγα μέτρα από το θέατρο Απόλλων. Ιδανικό ακόμη και για 2 ζευγάρια που θέλουν να ζήσουν στο κέντρο της νεοκλασικής πόλης!

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.
