Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Ermoupoli

A beautiful location overlooking the city - we had a great stay at Georgios’s place! Great instructions that made it easy to find and easy check in / check out. Nice restaurants and bars nearby. We can definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

A beautiful and unique house in the neighborhood of Ano Syros, which I found one of the most characteristic in the whole island. Super clean, very close to restaurants and shops, and to the street where you can catch taxis. I would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Great location, in the centre of town but on a quiet street. Close to restaurants and cafes, close to the port and a 5 minute walk to the public bus terminal to get around the island. Would definitely stay again. Elena was a great host!

Excellent host who even provided free transport from the port, free local welcome goods and treats were a nice touch. Great location full of character and history. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured and oozes character and period architecture. The location could not be better. The apartment has all the amenities you will need. It is clean and comfortable. Really it is hard to fault and definitely recommended. I would choose it again.

This was a delightful find! Highly recommended!! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Syros. The apartment was very attractively furnished, peaceful, very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great. I liked the interesting shades on the ceiling lights, the pictures, the dried flowers. There was a TV in each bedroom (which we never turned on since we were out mostly). The view was lovely, the porch was outstanding and served as the living room for our apartment. Sophia was very responsive, very helpful and kind. Additional info: There are two ground floor apts: #1 has 3 steps, #4 has only one step if mobility access is an issue. Helpful addition: (This in no way detracted from the lovely stay.) A multiple electrical socket extender would have been useful. There was only one electrical wall plug in each room and they were not all in good locations. With multiple people with multiple electronic devices it took a little coordination to charge everything.

Aggelos was very responsive and his home was clean and as advertised. The google maps location was a little bit off, but Aggelos was able to guide us to the location. The home was well kept and had everything we needed. The home is also very close to the harbor so it was easy to take luggage and a baby to the location. Restaurants and tourist sites were easily walkable from Aggelos’s home. I would stay here again for my next trip to Syros.

A spacious accommodation with everything except the WiFi was provided. The hosts relatives live next door and are available to help with any issues. Would be perfect for a long term stay.

As other guest have mentioned, photos don't do this place justice. The place is SO cool, quirky.. interseting, everything! We were 6 people with 1 baby and it was plenty of space for us - one shared bathroom and one en suite. The cielings are so high, the art work is bonkers and so fun. GREAT! location for a morning swim in (6 min walk, tops!) and same distance to town. Tall narrow stairs maybe tricky for someone with limited walking abilities but otherwise its a perfect house! The rooftop views and sweet little terrace (x2) are so special. 1000% reccomend.

The house faces the sea. Crystal clear water. You just need to cross a road. The beach is was quiet in June. Free beach umbrellas available. The house is well equipped. Comfortable beds. Katerina was very welcoming and shared great tips about the island.

Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Παρείχε όλα τα είδη βασικής ανάγκης που θα έβρισκες σε ένα 4* ξενοδοχείο και ακόμα περισσότερα θα τολμήσω να πω. Η Πετρούλα, εφόσον δεν είχε άλλη κράτηση, μας έδωσε τη δυνατότητα να κάνουμε νωρίτερο checkin και αργότερο checkout σκεπτόμενη το 1,5 έτους παιδί μας και αυτό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό 😀

The airbnb was steps from the port & centrally located in the town. Stratos was kind, helpful and informative. We plan to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Onar Villa. Our host, Vana was the best host we have ever encountered using Air Bnb. She brought us baked goods and had gifts for all our kids. The house was beautiful and super clean. Internet worked perfectly. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Syros. Thank you Vana for a fantastic stay!

Όμορφος χώρος, κοντά στο λιμάνι και μέσα στη χώρα. Υπεράνετα μαξιλάρια και καλό πιστολάκι (μην κουβαλάτε) Πάμε στα σημαντικά: ο Πέτρος άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Μας πρότεινε από μόνος του άφιξη νωρίτερα και αναχώρηση αργότερα από το προγραμματισμένο (εφόσον δεν υπήρχαν άλλες άμεσες κρατήσεις) Ακομη, επειδή η θερμοκρασία έπεσε αναπάντεχα, μας πρόσφερε επιπλέον κουβερτα-παπλωμα πριν καν το σκεφτούμε. Εάν βρεθούμε στο νησί πάλι,θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε Ευχαριστουμε πολύ Πέτρο!!

Απίστευτη φιλοξενία καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό με εξαιρετική θέα στην θάλασσα και αρκετή ησυχία το συνιστο ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους για ευχάριστες διακοπές

The Welcome Home Port View apartment is very centrally located right opposite the ferry terminal. Access is easy with lift to 3rd floor. Excellent view of the port and activities. Everything for an enjoyable stay, good kitchen, quiet main bedroom, lounge area spacious with additional room with twin beds to the side through sliding doors. Very good bathroom. The apartment is very well fitted out with new fittings and recently redecorated with a new feel. Iavankia was a very good host, friendly and responsive to any queries we had.

Eugenia was very friendly and helpful, offering useful information and suggestions on places to visit in Syros. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and it’s conveniently located—just about a 7-10-minute walk from the port and the town hall. There’s also a free parking area just a minute away from the house, which is a big plus since parking in Ermoupoli can be quite challenging.

Great house and very clean. Communication was very good and really satisfied overall. Thank you 🤗

Great place to stay

Kalliopi was an excellent host. Always responsive and eager to help us, very flexible with our check in and check out . The place was in a peaceful neighborhood near to the center of Ermoupoli, 5 minutes by walking. Many restaurants nearby and and close to the port.

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und haben uns sofort in der luftigen und großzügigen Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trotz des turbulenten Treibens am Fähranleger hatten wir ruhige Nächte, da die Schlafzimmer im hinteren Bereich liegen. Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt!
