Great stay at Terrace House! Took 3 bedrooms, the room with balcony is absolutely beautiful. The whole place was neat and clean and filled with thoughtful items like napkins, medicine, guides to local spots. The WiFi was great too. The location is great. Uncle was very helpful and proactive. Would highly recommend staying here, will definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb property in Kochi during our campus immersion program at IIM Kozhikode’s Kochi campus.. Had an amazing stay at Jacob’s Inn for 2 weeks. Anisha was a very friendly and helpful host and provided clear instructions on what to do regarding check-in and other amenities. The place has towels and kitchen amenities which was very useful. All bedrooms had a good space and looked exactly like the pictures. All rooms have A/C and fans too which is a perfect bonus. Will gladly come stay here again. 10/10 would recommend if you are on holiday here with family for a week or so as it is close to the metro station, easily accessible and has many restaurants/services around it.

Had a great time Good location and a really well designed property

A very comfortable and trouble-free stay. A couple of small issues like a leaking tap were taken care of immediately by Mr. Faizal. He is very prompt in responding on AirBNB. The location is great to explore Fort Kochi, the beach area and Jew Town by walk. However, to walk to Fort Kochi area, even though it is only ten minutes walk, you have to go through some not so clean parts.

I would literally say Don’t judge a book by its cover. When we first saw the surrounding and location we never thought that it would meet our expectations but I would like to correct my statement when we saw the interior. Spacious interior, Well responsive team, Flexible check- in and check out arrangements. A special five star for how neat and tidy the place was. The only recommendation I would suggest is that they could extend the pool a little bit longer, other than that me and my friends enjoyed staying there and had such a blast having fun especially on the indoor gaming space. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend some quality time with either friends or family.

Greta place to stay. In the hear of Kakkanad and nearby infopark. Lots of restaurants nearby for quick deliveries of Swiggy and Zomato. Place looked exactly like the pictures

I had an amazing stay at Flexicubes. The space was exactly as advertised—modern, minimal, and super clean. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design and setup. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the furniture to the lighting to the little details that made the place comfortable and functional. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and the host provided clear instructions that made everything easy. The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were fresh towels, toiletries, and even coffee and tea waiting. It felt peaceful, private, and just really well put together. Whether you're working remotely or just looking for a place to relax, this space has everything you need. I’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I had a great stay at Biju's place in Fort Kochi. The location is very peaceful with plenty of charming cafes nearby, perfect for relaxing and exploring. The stay was affordable and comfortable, offering good value for money. Biju was a good and supportive host—always helpful and responsive whenever needed. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

Their fully serviced apartment in DH Road was excellent and met all our needs. We highly recommend this property for anyone who is visiting from abroad and wishes to enjoy a home away from home. We loved our stay so much that we are going to look for this property every time we visit Kochi. Excellent customer service, great location and the host stocked up the fridge with all basic items. We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)

Arun's place in Kadavanthara, Kochi is in a beautiful yet peaceful locality. It is located around 30-40 mins drive from Lulu Mall, Fort Kochi or SmartCity. The caretaker (Sunny) was also very helpful and the family stay was a great experience. Would bookmark for future visits and recommend highly for families.
