The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living and dining area with lake views. We offer towels and bed linen. A free parking space in front of the building is available on site. The large balcony and terrace guarantee you unforgettable evenings in a cozy atmosphere with a view of the lake and the mountains. Not suitable for children under 6 years and motorhomes. Pets, smoking in the holiday apartment and parties (noise) after midnight are prohibited. Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
