The house has a great view of the bay and the sea. You can walk to the beach from home, cross road and descend the path. All amenities within walking distance, as well as the harbor and the GR hiking trails. There are many hiking opportunities and even wheelchair trails. The house can accommodate 7 people, but that should not all be adults.

A very nice welcome from Vanessa, available and good advice. A magnificent spacious house, tastefully renovated. A beautiful terrace in the sun all day overlooking the pretty marina. The view and the calm were really refreshing! Plouër sur Rance is close to all the tourist sites in Northern Brittany: Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Mont St Michel... An excellent spot to rest or wander and take beautiful walks. We highly recommend this little peaceful oasis!

We had a great time at Val-André which was a great discovery. Laurence's house has a family history, it is warm and very comfortable. The garden is beautifully flowered, out of sight. The location on the dike allows direct access to the beach, the terrace is perfectly set up to marvel at the sunsets. The area is rich in walks of all kinds. The person who welcomed us very kindly adapted to our early arrival. We highly recommend this listing.

We had a great time in this very functional house and perfectly suitable for families with young children. Everything is designed for comfort: a dedicated space on the ground floor allows a couple of friends or grandparents to enjoy a certain independence, while staying close to the rest of the group. The house is comfortable, very well equipped, with a friendly kitchen and living room, perfect for family reunions. The sea view is a real plus! Communication with the hosting team was smooth and responsive, with great flexibility to organize our stay. We would highly recommend this property!

The house is charming, characterful and sophisticated with the most stunning sea views imaginable. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves and you can walk along the coast path to town for dinner and shopping. It’s a truly unique and magical spot. We had a great week in Dinard in this spacious, comfortable, functional and charming house. Great location, a short walk to the Plage de l 'Ecluse and shops.

Josiane is very welcoming and responsive. The accommodation is very well equipped, including the kitchen which even has a billig, a deep fryer, a barbecue and many other amenities. The house is quiet, you can't hear the other rooms.

We've had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is lovely, spacious rooms and cool, even during the hot weather. The rooms all have blackout shutters which was a welcome addition for the children's afternoon naps. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy meals outside. It's in a perfect location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. The pool was great, adults and kids both thoroughly enjoyed! Communication from both Sebastien and Sophie was great, quick responses, friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back again!

We had a great weekend with the family in a very well-appointed house and with all the necessary equipment for small children (special mention for the stair gates). The bedding is of very good quality and the decoration neat. Everything was in place for our family reunion. Thank you

Stay in a splendid place with sea views Flawless bedrooms and bathrooms The only small downside is the size of the dining table too small for 12 people: we had to use the oval garden table (so not practical to extend a rectangular table and suddenly it becomes very difficult to move around in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice living room with fireplace. Ping pong table in the garage is very useful. We had a great stay.

Lovely house in a secluded location, just a short walk from the seaside and a lovely Oyster Bar. Supermarkets, fuel station and boulangeries all within a 5 minute drive. The swimming pool was a godsend with our 7 kids (from 3 families!) but it was a shame we were unable to pull back the cover as it seemed to be screwed down, as it can get quite hot in there in strong direct sunshine. Otherwise, a great house and spacious enough for everyone to get together or have their own space.

Claire and Franck's house is suitable for stays with family or friends with all the necessary comforts. There were 9 of us, including a child, and everyone had their independence. Everything was perfect. Franck is very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. We had a very pleasant stay.

Disappointed by the last-minute announcement of an inaccessible pool. On the other hand, we found a very nice volume of living rooms for a stay of 8 adults. Quiet accommodation and close to the village of Léhon: beautiful discovery. (Abbey, castle, canal de la Rance...)

We had a great weekend with my family in this cottage! The accommodation is beautiful and ultra-equipped, everything is at our disposal and especially really thought out for families, while remaining quiet. The bedding is great and the pool is a real plus! Karelle and her husband are very welcoming and very nice hosts while remaining discreet! I highly recommend.

Lovely peaceful rural cottage, fully equipped with everything that makes a holiday special, especially the fabulous heated swimming pool, which has retractable canopy so can be used whatever the weather. Our group consisted of six adults and two children (2 & 4) who loved the huge garden with all its play things as well as the indoor toys provided. We also used the bicycles provided to cycle into the close by town of Evran. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby so a great location. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming & super responsive if there were any issues. We highly recommend this cottage.

hello a little hot water problem that was quickly resolved the accommodation very well especially for the rooms for children that makes playroom the sea 10 minutes walk away we had a very good weck end with the family
