Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

What a panorama: every morning a sunrise right in front of the terrace! Just 10 m away from the sea, the sound of waves - the perfect getaway!!! And if you want more, you can reach restaurants in Cala Ratjada after a reasonable walk or after a short drive in Capdepera. We felt very comfortable, especially thanks to the very good preparation and support by Toni, Mitra and Jeroni.

We had a great time, 4 adult ladies on a trip and none of us are picky, therefore all the stars. The outdoor area is beautiful, the location perfect if you want a touch of authentic Mallorca. Bits a little unkempt outside due to fallout from trees and birds, but everything is alive, we too 🤩👍

This was the most beautiful place and I highly recommend it to everyone! We had such a fantastic family vacation together and still had room to spread out. You cannot beat the views all day and night. Marsha was always responsive, friendly and helpful! Super host!! We loved the pool and the hot tub. Spectacular beaches nearby we enjoyed cooking dinners together in the evenings! Don't miss the special destination!!
