The house was very clean and located in good spot between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.

Billie’s place was wonderful and a great value. Always communicated and resolved any issue we had. Keep in mind this place and others our family stayed at in Brian Head have no elevators and lots of steps. We certainly stepped up to fitness real quick which I was glad to do. We had a beautiful view from the 3rd floor.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We used it as a home base for visiting Zion National Park, and it the experience was spectacular. The home was very comfortable with all the accommodations you could possibly need to unwind and recharge after a long day. We felt so at peace here and were very sad to leave. Jake was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful! Having the lodge (relatively) close by was a huge plus as well! Of all the Air B&B’s we have stayed in, this was definitely our family’s favorite!

Had a great night away from the chaos of Las Vegas in this house - was super spacious but cozy, well equipped with anything you could want (BBQ, board games) and William was super friendly and responsive.

We had a great time at Rainbow Loop! It was perfect spot to visit the national park, relax and soak in the views. The sweet details and personal touch were also a wonderful addition to our stay. We absolutely loved it and hope to return in the future!

Outside of the house being enormous, convenient and close to everything the hosts were fantastic! We were headed out on a 3 day hike and one of our vehicles had issues and they really saved our bacon helping us out several different ways. It's nice to give business to really good people and I cant say enough how they rescued our trip and helped our friend - too long of a story to tell so you'll just have to believe me and stay here!

James' place felt like home. Cozy and equipped with everything you need for a few days of vacation with family. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay! We were coming from Bryce Canyon and it was our stop before reef and canyonland. The house was very welcoming and decorated so nicely. After being on the road a while it felt so nice to relax and have house comforts for while. Wish we got to play pickleball!

Overall, location is good if you’re planning to drive to all 3 parks - Zion, Bryce, and Capitol Reef. The place was clean and quiet.

Awesome home, met our needs perfectly. Loved the open great room with all the windows. Everything in the owners description was accurate. Comfortable, quiet, private, easy access to all the outdoor sites in the area. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

We loved our 5 star stay in Nick's house. We chose the location as it was convenient for visiting Zion and Bryce. The house is bright, spacious, clean and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub under the stars. We also appreciated the comfy beds and efficient shower and bath. Would highly recommend.

We loved our time in Capitol Reef. This is seriously the best location for having access to the park. Beautiful location and so many wild animals to watch through our windows. The tub was a favorite for the grandkids. We didn’t know it had a roof patio until the last day! Amazing to watch the sunrise

Thomas was a fabulous host! We were in the area for a few days visiting Bryce Canyon and surrounding sites. Thomas was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful with suggestions for places to explore.

Mark’s place was great. Right on the Sevier river and I caught a 17” trout out the back door. Easy access to Bryce and Zion. The inside was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. I would stay here again and hope to make it back someday.

The rental is 30 minutes from Bryce National Park and half that time to Red Canyon. The town of Panguitch does not have much, but the rental had a full kitchen to cook meals. We appreciated the washer and dryer after active days hiking at Bryce. The home had everything we needed.

Convenient, affordable and comfortable. Great stay. Our group enjoyed our time at this cozy home. We visited Bryce Canyon and enjoyed the restaurants in Tropic. This place is conveniently situated a 20 min drive from the park and 10 min drive from the better restaurants in the area in Tropic. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick breakfasts and the bedrooms were comfy for rest. Hot water in the showers and it was a great plus to be able to do laundry before departing. A➕

Elwood’s home is absolutely beautiful and walkable to shops and restaurants. The home was pristine and April was very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Torrey area.

Linda's place was amazing. It looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, spacious, and was a great place for my family to unwind after long days of exploring Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Linda was also quick to respond when I had any questions. Would recommend 100% to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We are very frequent Airbnb users. This was a great place. Close to parks, stores and quiet. Kim and Scott were great hosts. It was clean and the kitchen had more available than most Airbnbs- everything we needed! The eggs they left us were wonderful, the s’more maker was a great added touch, and they are extremely responsive. While it is called a Tiny House, it has two bedrooms and it was plenty roomy for us and our golden. If you’re headed to the parks or this area, I would highly recommend!
