House in La Alpujarra Árabe, located in the oldest neighborhood of Capileira, the quietest and most magical place in town. Surrounded by the sounds of fountains, irrigation ditches, mountains, hiking trails, and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

LGBTQ friendly, Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village, short walk to neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). WiFi for working.

Molino de Santa Águeda, located at the entrance to the Sierra Nevada National Park, at an altitude of 1250m. On the north side of the ski resort. Ideal place to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy impressive routes and views of the mountains with friends or family. Villa Refugio where you can hear the sound of water passing near the villa. A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

Natural show at Cabaña Alcazaba

The Alcazaba cabin is a small piece of heaven, located in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada National Park, it looks out onto the Canales reservoir. It is sensational, a place to enjoy peace and tranquility. For stays of more than 2 guests, there is a possibility, consulting with the hosts in advance. Pets are allowed but for a €25 fee in addition to the reservation, check with the hosts.
