The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

We had a great stay! The location in Balat is very nice — full of charm and character. All major sightseeing spots in Istanbul are easily reachable within about 20 minutes by tram. The apartment is beautifully renovated and feels very safe, especially with a police station nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the lovely Istanbul weather. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Ms. Aylin very much, she welcomed me very well. The location of the house is two minutes away from Yenimahalle Marmaraya. The house is very clean and modern. All electronic items are functional and useful. I would love to come back

The place exactly matched the description in the beautiful neighborhood of Balat. Walkable distance to restaurants and cafes. Lots of colorful houses and shopping stores. The area you are in consists of 4 sections. There are 1 2+1 and 3 1+1 suites side by side. In general, even if they are close to each other, it is quiet and peaceful. The interior of the house is exactly as it appears. Free parking is available.

The host was very friendly and polite both on the phone and in person, I was very satisfied and I plan to come back and recommend it to my environment

We had a great last minute stay at Ece's place for a flight the next day. Check in is a process but staff was very nice.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

I am very happy with the stay - before that I stayed at one of the other Baymare apartments and it was also perfect. It was perfectly clean, well maintained, with easy parking in front and they made us feel right at home, always checking if we need something. Gave us the option to check in early as my wife had plastic surgery and we came straight from the hospital - the place was awesome to relax and enjoy the nice time by the pool. Would come again when visiting Istanbul again!

I had a great stay at Çiğdem’s place! The location is perfect—just steps from the tramway and close to many major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Çiğdem was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

We had a very pleasant , complete place stay. The place is central transportation easy and the residence we stayed in was quite sufficient. We would also like to thank Mr. Şahin for his quick response and necessary information. A place to stay again.

We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

The apartment really looked like the photos and communication with the host was really good. I would like to stay here again on my next stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, and even a cozy plaid blanket. It felt warm and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. Ayse was incredibly kind and helpful—honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone this nice! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She responded to all my questions almost instantly and always with such compassion. She even arranged an early check-in for us because we had an early flight, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the apartment, its vibe, and of course, its amazing host. One small note: since the house is located in a residential neighborhood, parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s manageable. Highly recommend—thank you again, Ayse!

It is like home. The place is fully occupied with everything you need for a comfortable enjoyable stay Emer is a wonderful man, warm, friendly, like to help. 2 minutes walking to the Metro which takes you to all attractions I recommend this place especially for a solo or a couple Thanks Emer
