Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Casajable, harmony and private pool by the ocean

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The balcony is covered and glazed towards the north side as a windbreak. The best part is the fantastic panoramic ocean view! A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!

Casa Perenquén

Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is a renovated apartment, inside an old building, thus providing character and a good location. It is ideal for relaxing, doing nothing, or using it as a base to explore this beautiful island.

Fully equipped and distributed over two floors, it has a kitchen with everything you need, a living room with a sofa bed, and a smart TV. A bedroom with a comfortable bed, a full bathroom, and a terrace with ocean views. On the top floor, a solarium where you can enjoy the best sunsets, an experience that will test your senses.

The bungalow is 98 m² and has just been extensively and very high-quality renovated. It has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room, a kitchen and is very tastefully furnished. A large, secluded indoor terrace with a large Jacuzzi, loungers and a seating lounge area invite you to linger. In the living room and bedroom you will find a flat-screen TV with German/international TV and radio programs.

A 10-minute walk and a 3-minute drive from one of the best beaches on the island, the beaches of Jandia stretch to the south and have about 23 km of white sand and transparent waters, perfect for getting lost and disconnecting.
