Independent entrance that leads to a living room with sofa bed with a real mattress for 2 people and TV. We rent a accommodation: a 14m2 main room includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, an office and a kitchen with microwave grill, a kettle (no coffee machine) and 2 electric hobs. Dishes, trash cans are available. An adjoining 4 m2 bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink. Everything is on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.
