We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

Spacious Townhouse - Lake Placid, Mirror Lake

Newly renovated, spacious townhouse that's walking distance (~0.5 miles) to Main Street! There are three levels and 2,500 square feet. The townhouse sleeps up to 8 guests with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This townhouse has easy access to restaurants, bars, breweries, boutique shops, Mirror Lake and the Olympic arena. The newly completed 34 mile Adirondack Rail Trail and a trolley stop are steps away. Spend time at Whiteface Mountain ski area - less than 10 miles away!

Koko's Bear Retreat: AC, in village, spacious, fun

Welcome to the beautiful Koko's Bear Retreat townhouse in the Olympic Village of Lake Placid! We are in the Pinehill development just inside the village and a short walk in. We are an end unit with portable AC units, 4 bedrooms, sleep 8, 3 full bathrooms, 2 parking spots plus a very nice screened in porch. Note: we have changed agents and why we do not have any reviews yet. But we had 23 reviews before this and for a great 4.87 overall rating. Yes our guests do love it here!

A great location to be while visiting Lake Placid and the Adirondacks. Situated on a golf course and in a scenic neighborhood. You will be a walk away from Maggie's Pub and the Lake Placid Lodge. The Jack Rabbit Trail is just outside the door for hiking or cross country skiing. Follow the Jack Rabbit Trail towards town to discover a sweet little swimming hole at the foot of Lake Placid. It's a great place to return to after an active day in or around Lake Placid.

Lakefront Retreat, Hot Tub, 5 mins to Whiteface

Located right on Everest Lake in Wilmington - great for swimming and kayaking. 5 minutes to Whiteface mt for skiing and biking. We are in the center of all the ADK trails. Fantastic location! Soak in the hot tub at night while looking at the lake. In summer time, there are free Thursday-night concerts at the lake. Newly built townhome with lots of natural light, clean lines and modern finishes, EV charger, and new appliances. Very quiet and serene spot.
