Fantastic view, best location

VIENNA DREAM VIEW 22 APARTMENT Modern 65 m² apartment incl. Loggia in Vienna's most sought-after and modern residential area, between the Danube, DC Tower and UNO City. The Danube Tower is within walking distance. It is only 4 minutes to the U-Bahn [subway] and from there 10 minutes to the city center (Stephansplatz). Shopping and gastronomy on site (bakery, groceries, drugstore, pharmacy, "57 Restaurant + Lounge"). A parking garage is available in the house. You can't spend your time in Vienna better.

Charming + newly renovated house near the airport

Fühle dich wie neugeboren, wenn du in diesem rustikalen Juwel übernachtest. Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

The bus stop is 120 m from the house and the metro station is ~ 12 min by bus. Up to 6 peoples can stay in the 3 bedrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor with a large living room on the ground floor for a comfortable living ( equipped kitchen , WiFi , cleaning iRobot , washer , dryer , drinking water filter) .

Our stay at the accommodation was fantastic! The apartment was super clean, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us valuable tips for the area and were available at all times. The location is ideal, quiet and yet well connected, so we could get to the center quickly. The place really has everything you need – from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfy bed. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

Very clean and tidy. A little far out of the city so if you want to walk, bear that in mind. Easy to reach via public transport though which is a bonus. Katalin was very friendly and helpful throughout. Because it’s in the suburbs it is a bit more peaceful and less noisy so that’s also good! I would have liked a kettle but managed to boil water in a pan to make tea. Overall, I’d recommend it is as somewhere to stay.

Great place to stay, just a 3-minute walk from Wien Hbf! It has everything you need for a short vacation. Initially, we noticed the floor was a bit dusty, and the shower door was missing, but these minor issues didn't bother us for a short stay. The apartment is quiet when you close the balcony door. I highly recommend this place to others. The host was friendly and responsive. I'd definitely book it again for my next visit to Vienna.
