Holiday rentals with a patio in Esslingen

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Everything is very well maintained and modern - exactly as you would wish for a relaxing break. We found the quiet location and the great amenities particularly pleasant: From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area, everything we needed was really there. The communication with Uwe was super friendly and uncomplicated. We didn't miss anything – we'll be happy to come back!

Here is my feedback after 3 days spent in this apartment, with my family, 2 adults and 2 children. Regarding the accommodation, everything is available for our well-being: coffee, sugar, candies/chocolates (to the delight of our children) paper towels, salt, toilet paper, towels, hair dryer, iron, clothesline etc... It was very clean, quiet and modern. The indoor parking space is a big plus. You can even access the accommodation from the parking lot, in case of rain it's great. Kris is a very kind, helpful, responsive and good advice person. Thank you again and we wish you and your wife all the best😊.

I stayed with my dog for 2 nights in Berta's place. After an extremely friendly welcome from the likeable hostess, I arrived in a cozy, sparkling clean apartment. Even for the dog, a small "welcome treat" was available. There was nothing missing.

The location and view of the accommodation is fantastic, right next to vineyards. The hostess was very nice and quick to reach. There were four of us there, so we found the Airbnb a little too small, but it is still possible. The apartment was very lovingly furnished.

Our family spent a long weekend here with 6 adults and three small children. It was taken care of by everyone. We felt very comfortable. Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms, centrally located. Highly recommend.

Good and calm place.

A wonderful accommodation - perfect for larger groups! There were eight of us on the road and we all had enough space to feel really comfortable. Silvia is an incredibly warm hostess – she answered all our questions at lightning speed and welcomed us with real hospitality. The garden is a dream, lovingly laid out and maintained. The covered terrace allows you to enjoy the great view of the greenery in any weather - a real highlight! The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. We felt at home from the first moment. The surroundings are simply fantastic: a beautiful, diverse region with many leisure activities. We can especially recommend the nearby lake – ideal for relaxing or walking. Clear recommendation - we will be happy to come back!

Great Host, great flat!

Really cool place! Almost felt like a tree house which was a cool experience. Easy to access, great communication with the host, super peaceful location! Was a nice retreat.

Everything was great the only negative no TV.

Super apartment, very modern furnishings, clean and great views from the 6th floor. You come in and feel very comfortable right away. I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you to the friendly host.

We spent two beautiful days in Ulm. Bedroom can be completely darkened, hallway room (with bed) cannot. Kitchen super equipped! And the highlight: the great sun terrace, where we sat late afternoon until evening. Also well connected to the tram, great!

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

We felt very comfortable in the stylish, well-equipped and cozy apartment. We also enjoyed the terrace overlooking the garden and the beautiful walnut tree. The location of the apartment was optimal for our needs - hiking, excursions, restaurants and quiet location. Communication with Steffen was very good, he was always available, super friendly. Only we were surprised that the TV could not receive TV programs (e.g. ARD, ZDF, etc.), which would have been nice for us as an "older semester". Overall, however, we definitely felt very comfortable, would be happy to come back and can definitely recommend the apartment.

And had a very nice stay during a trip to Italy. Nice and calm environment. Nice house, everything present, delicious fresh beds. Recommended!
