Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Étang de Lacanau

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage just behind the dunes of Écureuil beach. The location is perfect — peaceful and ideal for enjoying the sun, sea, and sand. There’s on-site parking for two cars, which is very convenient. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Logement décoré avec beaucoup de goûts et de charme... les equipements et ustensiles sont très bien adaptés... le jaccuzi est un vrai plus pour le soir et l'apero... :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison où tout était réuni pour se sentir bien ! L’hôte a été très réactive, accueillante et sympathique, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre organisation en groupe. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et agréable à vivre : chacun y a trouvé sa place. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée aux détails, qui rend l’expérience simple et fluide du début à la fin. Merci encore pour cet accueil de qualité — nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir haben uns bei Valerie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit mit unserer Flat-coated Retriever Hündin. Der Garten in der Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, das wir mit den Fahrrädern von Valerie in 5 Minuten im Ortszentrum von La Teste-de-Buch mit einer guten Auswahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren. Ebenso ist man schnell bei den ‚Cabanes‘ der Austernfischer :-)

We had a great stay in Fabiens spacious house that had everything you need during a holiday. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids loved the TV area. The Beertender was a bonus for the adults! Fabien answered all our questions in no time. We would recommend staying here.

Agnes war ein wunderbarer und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Sie hat das Haus mit sehr viel Liebe und perfektem Style eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft war unbeschreiblich schön, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig in einem wunderschönem Garten gelegen. Die große Terrasse war wunderbar! Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Man hatte alles was man brauchte. Strand und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schöne Wohngegend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit!

Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Amazing, unique apartment. Very quiet and private, but still close to neighborhood restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions and shops. Henry is a great host - he was very helpful and friendly, and provided a great list of restaurants and activities. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le chalet est très agréable et tout confort petit plus pour la clim avec ces grosses chaleurs (surtout avec un bébé) ! Nous étions idéalement bien placés. Merci à Solenne pour sa disponibilité! Je recommande.

This is a great apartment in the centre of Bordeaux within walking distance of the old parts of town and also near the river where there is a good tram route to some of the major interesting places. We loved the home feel of the place and the sound proofing was great, so that it was quiet despite being on a major road. It never felt too hot even though we had pretty high temperatures while we were there. Bertrand was great with communication and suggestions. All very easy and comfortable. We would definitely return here.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming, on a charming street in historic Bordeaux, just a few blocks walk to the river and surrounded by wonderful cafes, bakeries, and shops. The arrangement of two bedrooms and baths was perfect for two couples traveling together. The kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso machine and tea kettle, as well as cooking equipment. There were fans as well as lovely windows to let in the fresh air. There is a small terrace off the back bedroom; however, it was locked off due to some safety concerns at the time of our stay, so we did not get to enjoy it. That said, we were not at the apartment much so it was really no big inconvenience. Ariele’s communication was great and she left a helpful guide with recommendations, as well as a map of the city which was very helpful being our first time in Bordeaux. We would absolutely stay here again!!

C’était magnifique! Premier fois au cap Ferret et quelle découverte! On a adoré! La maison était formidable, cozy et la terrasse bien ensoleillé! On a tous fait en vélo et l’emplacement était vraiment idéale entre ocean and bassin et pas loin des restaurants et magasins! On a hate de revenir!!!

Très belle, agréable et confortable maison extrêmement bien située. A 2 pas de la mer par un petit chemin sableux. Tout près de la magnifique plage Pereire et de sa grande promenade piétonne en bord de mer. Le coeur de ville d'Arcachon, qui est une très jolie ville, est un peu plus éloigné mais suffisamment proche pour pouvoir y accéder à pied en se promenant sur la grande piste cyclable qui est au pied de la maison Nous nous sommes de suite sentis comme à la maison dans ce havre de paix et de tranquillité. Le jardin et la terrasse couverte sont bien sûr un plus. Un grand Merciiiii à notre interlocuteur, Nicolas. Pour son écoute et pour le temps dédié afin de faire de notre séjour, un séjour parfait. Il le fut. Nous ne pouvons que recommander très vivement cette maison.

This is the most beautiful AirBnB we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate, the pool was warm, the hot tub was clean and there were so many lovely touches on arrival, including a bottle of red and white wine and a little bunny rabbit for my little girl. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you can need, including a racelette machine, air fryer and a washer/tumble. The area is amazing, so close to Creon and Bordeaux, surrounded by the most beautiful vineyards- I can’t fault it! Arnaud was the perfect host, so friendly and responsive and helped us so much in the weeks leading up to our stay, contacting various golf courses and restaurants. He also facilitated our early check in at short notice - which was hugely appreciated. This place is an absolute must and we are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much Arnaud for an unforgettable holiday!

stayed at the villa for 6 nights on a family holiday, it was the first time we'd attempted it as an extended family and the villa was perfect for us, the kids loved the pool, there was plenty of space for everyone (with enough bathrooms not to argue over) and 2 great areas to all sit together to eat dinner in the evening. Our hosts were lovely and helped us out when we got a bit lost finding the villa on arrival and were extremely responsive to any issues/queries while there, they even sent through restaurant recommendations for a birthday, would really recommend the villa, thanks

Die Unterkunft hat uns wirklich, sehr sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation und der Umgang mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr gut und sehr angenehm. Wir hatten nur leider ein wenig Pech mit dem Wetter, dafür kann aber keiner etwas. Lacanau ist ebenfalls ein wirklich schönes Plätzchen um Urlaub zu machen. Wir kommen wieder!
