Very nice view, nice private pool and relaxing surroundings (the beach very close to the apartment) and easy to park. For the apartment, identical to the photos: clean, equipped, various beds, very nice balcony, correct size for 4 people! And bonus point for the presence of the air conditioning (easy to turn on)! We really enjoyed our stay! And we won't hesitate to come back!

A great welcome for my first rental on Airbnb, a spotless and well-equipped apartment for one or two people as a couple, relatively quick access to downtown Montpellier by Tramway 3 whose terminus is less than 4 minutes from the apartment, a supermarket nearby, and charming and attentive owners, what more could you ask for? Great place to stay for a family. The layout and decor are tastefully made. Very well equipped apartment. The place as such is not of interest but if it's just for a place to stay, no problem! No clearance, the terrace and gardenette overlook a stone wall.

Perfect stay! Béatrice is an available host, very pleasant, accommodating if needed and really invested in the well-being of her guests. Small touches were available in the accommodation which was really very clean, with comfortable bedding. Everything is thought of, convenient, and well decorated. All for a very good price. Welcome by Mélanie, very pleasant and smiling. Apartment very well located, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional amenities. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

Duplex apartment not very large but really very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out even for babies. The covered terrace was well appreciated as there was a lot of wind. In May it was quiet but probably noisier in the summer with the pool and aqualand. Beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We are delighted with the stay we have just spent at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All the equipment is new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for teleworking but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! A big thank you to the lovely Martine for her warm welcome!

We had a pleasant stay at Barbara's cottage. She is very welcoming and flexible, allowing us early check-in. The apartment was very clean, well arranged and very well-equipped. The saltwater pool was very nice and the kids were thrilled to be able to use the inflatable floats. They also enjoyed the ping-pong table and trampoline.

I would highly recommend staying with Gaëlle and her spouse because I had a great stay. Not only was everything as advertised: the accommodation is clean, tidy, very peaceful and pleasant; but on top of that, they were both extremely friendly, kind and considerate. I can only advise you to go there if you want a relaxing and rejuvenating environment and for my part, I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!

We were 8 people and it has enough room for everyone. Everything was perfectly furnished and available. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The small pools are great, but could be a little warmer in October.

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, super pool. The equipment is also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility of parking several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Just a small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.
