a very pleasant relaxing break coffee and tea available, a very cozy, soothing, zen place, everything is planned for a pleasant stay the bedding is comfortable the most, the jacuzzi, and the quality massage chair!! soundproofed apartment i recommend it!

Very good stay, peaceful place and great jacuzzi!

We liked the place very much. We were able to reach many different locations quickly and easily from the property. The surroundings were very quiet. Christophe was very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house was very well equipped. The kitchen had many utensils. The shared garden was also very nice and invited us to relax. We enjoyed the time here very much, thanks again Christophe.

I recommend 100000% both the host and the accommodation. The villa is splendid and even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Everything is done and thought of to spend a dream stay. We had a great 4-night stay in this comfortable accommodation, decorated with great taste. Everything is designed to make you feel good: the bedding is very comfortable, the sofa too, and the surrounding calm is very appreciable. Special mention for the fully enclosed terrace/garden, ideal for enjoying in peace — our dog also loved it! The jacuzzi is a real little extra that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Perfect place, JC and Eva are welcoming and caring, responsive if you have any questions. The place was clean, well laid out, the A/C and hot tub are a big plus. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, walks around the lake or cathedral are close by. i would fully recommend

We've just had a fantastic weekend. What a beautiful house. Immaculately clean, modern and finished to a high spec throughout. Everything was really comfortable and the location was both peaceful and convenient for us. An easy, ten minute walking distance into the heart of Capestang with its lovely square, cafés, bars and restaurants. Our hosts Eve & Davy could not have made us any more welcome. Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything has been thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is splendid, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

It was a wonderful stay! The house is wonderful and has all the facilities you need as a family! We had a great stay together with our three children. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful (clean and green) environment. Pool is gorgeous and heated! Parking in front of the door! Agde can be reached quickly! Frank has given us so many tips on what we can do nearby and how to reach the places! It was a great holiday with our 3 children where we felt completely at home! Highly recommended!

We were already sure we would have a pleasant weekend with friends, but it was even more in this house. A magnificent setting, tastefully chosen materials, good quality, pleasant and peaceful spaces for socializing, everything to settle down and rest. Close to the beach without taking the car. Anyway, everything was great!

Quiet and clean accommodation, met my expectations

Great rejuvenating stay, everything went well. I was greeted by Patricia's husband who is very friendly. Many activities nearby and a beautiful environment at the chalet that allows you to rest afterwards. I recommend it if you like the sound of birdsong while you read.

We had a great time at Laurent's cabin. It is very friendly and available. The setting is relaxing, ideal for disconnecting. We really liked the style of the construction and the furniture, the raw wood of the walls and the contemporary furniture. We'll be happy to go back!
