Our stay was next level. From check-in to check-out, everything was on point. This is a real gem. Corrine's communication was so good; she went the extra mile to make our stay even more special. Can't find fault with anything. We will be back!

Excellent holiday home. We enjoyed the pool. There is a nice bar area by the pool so we could braai and relax. The place was spacious and very comfy. The house was clean, and when we had queries Belinda was readily available to assist. The mall is a 5 minute walk away. The area is quiet. I would definitely go back. Belinda was welcoming and friendly.

A lovely garden cottage, only 5min drive from the beach. Very peaceful and extremely clean! Loved my stay and would highly recommend it for solo travellers and couples. Thank you Oscar.

Spacious and clean apartment within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Jack is a friendly and responsive host and we had no issues during our stay.

It's really a huge and very nice house with what felt like an endless amount of rooms – perfect for a big family or group of friends. The neighborhood is calm and feels very safe. In october (when we went) it unfortunately was still to cold to use the swimming pool, but I can imagine it to be quite nice, just as the garden and balcony which are really nice to spend some time. The very nice, thoughtful domestic helper was there during the week and made sure that everything was clean and even offered to wash our clothes. Also, the dogs of the hosts were in the accomodation with us, so we had a little company during our stay :)

Such a great experience staying at Ashton's place. Great house, wonderful neighborhood close to everything you want. Communication was outstanding. I cannot recommend this place enough.

A very warm welcome first by Sean and Caitlin, by Janet after being back. After my arrival Janet's husband Sean gave me a tour through the neighborhood, showed me cafes, shopping options, restaurants, their favorite ones - offered from their avocado tree fresh fruits and lemons ...received very valuable instructions that monkeys couldn't enter the cottage, safety on beaches, pool was great when coming back late in the evening for a swim... when any questions an immediate response. On the hill a lovely view towards the harbour, a very safe, quiet neighborhood, easy walking to shops and cafes just a 10 Minute walk. Anyway in Durban one can walk a lot. Janet and her family made me feel like home the cottage in an "jungle garden" the outdoor seatings a great joy. Also the goodbye was very warm - when again in Durban that would by my choice, when available

Well done. Exactly what we needed for our group. Everyone had their own space, bathroom, and little corner to retreat. Lovely view. Getting a taxi was a bit challenging at times, but that can be sorted out.

The best holiday home we have ever been to,,, the peaceful sound of ocean waves, the view of the ocean whilst lying on the beds, the clean and spacious rooms,,,, everything was top notch

I felt right at home here, both because of the house being homey, and because Michelle is a great host. She cares about her guests and always made sure that we had everything we need. This is definitely my Go-to Venue in Durban from now on.

It was my first time using Airbnb, the house was well-equipped, especially for self-catering. It was clean upon arrival, and all rooms, the bathroom, and the kitchen remained impeccably clean throughout our stay. The hot water supply was excellent, and the security was reassuring. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was peaceful and uncrowded, approximately a seven-minute drive to the nearest mall, and a thirty-minute drive to South Beach. It's also a safe and suitable location for families with children. Clinton, the host, was exceptionally helpful and readily available whenever we needed assistance. He was particularly kind when my car experienced problems during our stay. Overall, our vacation was superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to widen the gate, as its current size may present difficulties for some drivers entering the premises.

We had a short but lovely stay at Naomi's place, it is conveniently situated, well appointed and had everything we needed. Naomi made everything from checkin to checkout effortless, it was a pleasure to deal with her. I highly recommend her and the lovey loft.

A beautiful stay and home, architecturally and aesthetically stylish. Stayed here with family during my Comrades Marathon and it was a perfect spot to chill, relax and unwind post-run. Safe and secure, great view of the ocean from the large patio, close to the beach and most restaurants. Philippa and Shelley were fantastic hosts, very responsive and had prepared a lovely welcome package for my Comrades Marathon! Thank you and see you next year!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Thuli’s house. She was a responsive and flexible host. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Overall great stay, would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I was a solo traveler and of course this is a huge house, but I felt very safe every bit of my trip. Iris is an angel and was so helpful throughout my process from helping me with what I needed to know before booking, to answering any questions I had throughout my 49 day stay. She was very accommodating to all that I needed (which thankfully wasn't too much), and so was Domingo who stays there on the property. The location of everything is easy and accessible, the street is a dead end so there's not much traffic aside from the neighbors who live around although there's a public beach across the street. The area around plus Winklespruit (5 min drive) also gives many options for all your needs (medical, grocery shopping, laundry, food, spa, ATM, etc). The house itself is also very beautiful just like the pictures, and the property and pool is well taken care of by Domingo, so I have no doubt that anyone will enjoy this stay! 10 out of 10

Firstly this place is absolutely gorgeous and huge . The hosts went above and beyond for us, I can never thank them enough. This is such a beautiful home and environment the pictures don’t do all the justice to this home. I’m absolutely inspired by this couple and their work on this space . The house was beautiful.The house was too hot and the fact that house had no air-conditioners were not working it was too hot they need to get functional aircons. The money uncomfortable process was the check out process we felt that we were not respected at all. There was a lady that came out n close to check out did not greet , did not introduce hereself,did not advise why she was there went straight to inspect the rooms my husband was half naked . Our privacy was invaded. We picked up they were quite new to the Airbnb space, we requested a speaker which was part of what was listed. The owner advised they would send it the following morning,they came but did not bother to call and advise they were at the gate they just arrived and asked to get in the house. It would have been appreciated if they would have granted us privacy and respected us and called when they were entering the house.Over all the house was clean kitchen drawers were not clean.The owners were nice .

2nd stay, amazing and peaceful safe place. Rhonda is very friendly and accommodating. I do suggest that in the near future she could get a bar fridge and microwave for the room so you don’t have to go downstairs to use those facilities.
