Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Étrembières

Sehr schöne und neu eingerichtete Wohnung- alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Sehr schöner Balkon mit Blick in dir Natur, sehr gut zum abschalten. Genf und Yvoire sind von der Wohnung aus schnell zu erreichen. Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit Eva. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

My first Airbnb experience with Roberto was absolutely perfect! He's an exceptional host, incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The apartment exceeded all expectations , even more beautiful than the photos! It's a stunning, modern space with smart technology and stylish design that looks like it belongs in a home magazine. Every detail is thoughtfully designed and the place was spacious and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect retreat. Roberto's hospitality and attention to detail made this experience truly memorable. The booking process was seamless and I felt comfortable and safe throughout. Rositsa’s place is big and tastefully decorated. It can accommodate 6 of us comfortably. Rositsa is super responsive and we have all our questions answered very quickly. There are restaurants nearby and a Carrefour supermarket just 5min walk. The location is very near to Geneva. You can arrive at Geneva airport in just 10min taxi ride, arrive in the Geneva shopping street by bus in just 30-40 min. Overall a very good experience !

Première étape de notre road trip moto sur la RGA. Studio très bien et propre. Facile d'accès en moto et place devant. Hôtes accueillants.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Un posto tranquillo dove riposare un poco e svegliarsi con il canto degli uccelli. Abbiamo fatto colazione, con prodotti locali, sulla terrazza che offre un panorama bellissimo dove sorge il sole. Stéphane è disponibile, cordiale e si mette a disposizione per ogni esigenza. La casa è fornita di tutto ciò che si necessita. Il giardino è enorme e recintato: il nostro cane si è divertito moltissimo in piena sicurezza e ha giocato anche con le due piccole figlie di Stéphane. La sauna è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. In effetti, è stata una buona esperienza; ci ritorneremmo.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce logement exceptionnel ! L’appartement était très propre, décoré avec goût et à la pointe de la technologie. La piscine et le jardin sont un véritable havre de paix avec la forêt qui les entoure. Bertrand et son épouse ont été adorables et très accueillant. Ils ont été là pour nous de notre arrivée à notre départ en se montrant très disponible et en nous partageant leur bonnes adresses. Ils nous ont également laissé profiter des espaces ( piscine et jardin ) en se mettant totalement en retrait toute la durée du séjour. Mention spéciale à Lola, leur adorable petit chien qui a assurée notre sécurité lors de notre journée piscine 🐶 Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !

J’ai passé environ une semaine dans ce charmant logement fonctionnel aux pieds du Mont Salève. Le lieu est calme et reposant et les hôtes accueillants, disponibles et arrangeants au besoin, merci à eux. Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour continuer à (re)découvrir cette belle région que j’aime beaucoup.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

super séjour chez Florent est Tatiana les enfants ont était ravis également de leur séjour jardin grand spacieux idéal pour les enfants du coup je recommande totalement pour les familles avec enfants nous reviendrons très bientôt avec plaisir est les yeux fermés 🙂🙂

Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacance dans le bien d'Hélène. Elle nous a très chaleureusement accueilli. Son appartement offre une vue très agréable sur le lac et son jardin. Une terrasse nous permet de profiter d'un calme extraordinaire et du coucher du soleil. Son appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien rangé, propre, et offre de la fraicheur les jours plus chaud. Le village de Clairvaux est très mignon, et est accessible rapidement. On se trouve dans un rayon de 30 minutes en voiture pour visiter les cascades, les lacs, et belvédères… Nous remercions Hélène pour son accueil, et sa gentillesse.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Srdjan est réactif, réponse accompagné d'un petit message gentil, logement impeccable et aménagé avec goût. Je n'hésiterai pas à relouer le logement de Srdjan qui est un excellent hôte.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
