Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Etruscan Coast

We felt very comfortable. The location of the accommodation is great, you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Certaldo and a supermarket are 7 minutes away by car (which you also need here!) The room was large enough for 2 people and everything you need was available. A bonus is the pool and the other options such as table tennis, billiards or the gym. We would definitely come back and had a great time!

The place is beautiful and much better than photos! There is so much space in the villa. It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are fab! The idea of shared spaces is very nice. While its up in the mountains, we didnt find it difficult getting out and about everyday. But you have to have your own transport (would not recommend without a car/bike) It was easy to park. Easy to get in and with hosts being there everyday we felt like if we needed something we could always ask. Its a very grand stay and we would definitely be looking to return. Shower room is modern along with modern kitchen, and the bedrooms with living space while having old style features are practical and well thought out. Us and our pets had a lovely time at the villa 💛

We really enjoyed our stay in La Spezia. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable. Everything is as described. You can easily walk to bus line 3 and the train station, but it is also possible to walk to the city center. Thank you very much for the useful tips from Alessia. In particular, we would never have found the Pizza Da Pipeo. A real insider tip!

Staying at Baggio’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked, Eddy was incredibly attentive and communicative, making sure our stay was seamless. The Airbnb itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was unbeatable—close to all the sights while still offering a peaceful retreat. We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

Our stay with Silvia was very pleasant...very quiet, beautiful garden, swimming pool,...also Silvia, her husband, and children were extremely friendly..and helpful...beautiful base to visit all the surrounding larger cities..we had 10 beautiful days of leave in Empoli...definitely recommend..good value for money!!

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

It was a very clean and well-maintained house. The location is a little far from the center, but it was enough to walk to the Duomo in about 10 minutes. The host replied quickly and sent a lot of useful information for a trip to Florence, so it was a really satisfying trip. I recommend it!

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Absolutely fantastic stay, Livorno is a beautiful city and the apartment was the perfect hub for seeing it. It’s five minutes away from some of the best food ever and within eyesight of good bars and cafés. The building is very nice and easy to access. Andrea was responsive and checked in frequently to see how things were going and if I needed anything!

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

What an amazing find Pauline's Apartment was. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in Pauline's advert. The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Pisa and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the local train station. This made it so much easier for travelling to other parts of Tuscany. Pauline was so welcoming also and very informative with details that made finding and accessing the apartment stress free. I'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Pisa

Don’t hesitate to stay at this place. Marco goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. He was flexible with our arrival time, as we had a few hiccups while driving there. He helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment and made sure we understood how everything worked. He also gave us great recommendations for places to eat, which we really appreciated. The apartment is just like the photos. We were a group of four and stayed comfortably for two nights. Everything looks new. At check-out, Marco came by to make sure we were all set before heading to the central station. Thanks for everything, we truly appreciated the assistance.

The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Very nice big apartment in a medieval village square with lots of character. Go and have a drink with the locals at the bar 2 doors away, they are very friendly.

Sára is a great host. She responded to questions very quickly. The whole, large house is at your disposal, cozy, you feel at home. Above-standard equipment, everything beautifully clean. There is no air conditioning, but we didn't mind. The house has a large stone terrace with an amazing view of the countryside. Parking by the house. We'll definitely be back🙂.
