The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The cozy and sustainable wooden holiday home "Bergufer" is located at the bottom of the Kofel mountain and on the banks of the Ammer river. Architects and local craftsmen planned and built it between July 2023 and October 2024. The heat comes from the ground and the electricity from the roof. You can see the mountains from the garden or the balconies, and in winter the cross-country ski trail runs right outside the door along the river. In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.
