The residence has two floors, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed in total. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a stone-built sofa-bed. The toilet is located next to the house in the courtyard It has a large yard in which there are gas stove and an outdoor dining area.

It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
