Wow, we feel so fortunate to have discovered this wonderful place. The location is absolutely stunning, situated overlooking a quiet bay which is perfect for swimming and is pretty much a private beach. It’s extremely peaceful and feels secluded, yet is just 10 mins drive from great tavernas, restaurants and beach bars. The acommodation is so comfortable, thoughtfully designed and has everything you could need. The staff team looking after Elayio are SO lovely, we really enjoyed chatting to them, and they gifted us with fresh figs from the garden and homemade cake from the owner. There filtered drinking water available from an outdoor tap, and a strong sustainability focus here too which we appreciated. Staying here was a highlight of our time on the Greek Islands and we hope to return again - thank you for having us! (PS. We recommend hiring a 4x4 car for the bumpy dirt road leading down to this house, and for exploring the rest of the island!)

Stathis ed Emanuela sono degli ottimi padroni di casa: cordiali, premurosi e molto disponibili. La casa è proprio come descritta: a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, in una posizione tranquilla, ottima per rilassarsi... La casa ha un bellissimo spazio all'esterno dove si può godere della quiete del giardino. La casa è pulitissima e dotata di tutto quello che serve per soggiornarvi. Abbiamo gradito le premure ed i consigli di Emanuela, le chiacchierate con Stathis, la compagnia degli splendidi e coccolosi gatti e così pure le uova fresche delle galline! 🥰 Stathis ed Emanuela grazie di nuovo per la vostra ospitalità, se torneremo a Kea sarà di nuovo nella vostra bellissima casa. It was a great stay for the family of three. Right at the heart of Athens, a 15-minute walk to the Acropolis, with convenient street parking available all around the neighborhood. The communication was very efficient and orderly; these guys know what they are doing. All the facilities were there as described.

The apartment was great for our group of 7—spacious, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There are some great restaurants and a museum within walking distance, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

A pretty, peaceful, private garden apartment with a spectacular view of the bright blue water and nearby islands. The house sits at the end of the road, and this little studio and connected garden face the hill and sea with no houses beyond, so it feels secluded but not isolated. Comfortable lounge seating inside, in the garden, and by the pool. The pool is shared but I was usually alone. All outdoor areas come with spectacular views! A clean and useful little kitchen with a clothes washer. AC works great. Also a ceiling fan. Thoughtfully decorated. 10 minute walk to grocery stores restaurants, clothing shops, bakery, seaside bar/restaurants with cabana sunbeds. A local hike to a temple with a 360 degree view of the island and sea. Extremely accommodating and responsive hosts. They picked me up from the ferry and when I mentioned my bed was a little too firm for me they found me a mattress topper to make it perfect! They live on site but were very respectful of my space. An oasis!

My stay at GYA was amazing. The flat is perfectly located just metres away from the major tourist attractions. Though centrally located, it’s still tucked away where you can sleep in peace at night without loud noise. The host is truly a legend. He’s extremely hospitable and helpful. He suggested a number of places to eat and things to do around the area. You must visit Oikonomou Tavern, best traditional Greek food in the area and the best part, it’s away from the touristy area and the tourist price. It’s literally a 4min walk from the flat. I strongly recommend this place and when I get back to Athens, I’ll be booking again.

This was a great place to stay for our short time in Athens. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was in a very convenient and safe location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend these apartments to my friends.

El departatamento es confortable y lujoso, se llega caminando a menos de 10 minutos de la acrópolis y a 5 min del metro que te conecta con sitios de interés, hay comercios y restaurantes cerca.

Loved staying here. The apartment was so spacious and well appointed. We loved the cafe a few minutes walk down the road. The bus stop was across the road however, because of the heat, we used Ubers to get around. Fabulous host who was very responsive and sent us a list of his favourite places to eat which we used. Highly recommend.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες!!! ιδιαίτερα ξεχώρισε η άνεση που ενέπνεε και τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια! Η υποδοχή ήταν επαρκής αφού πέραν των αναψυκτικών που είχε στο ψυγείο, είχε και 4 κάψουλες για καφέ μηχανής.

We had a wonderful stay here! Location was a close walk to the nearest Metro station. Everything was as described.

Staying in this place was amazing. It's right in the city centre, close to everything. I would totally recommend it to everyone.

Es un espacio muy cómodo y económico ubicado en una muy buena zona de la ciudad. Es seguro, hay muchas opciones de comida cerca y está cerca de la Acrópolis. La anfitriona fue muy amable y estuvieron al pendiente ofreciéndonos opciones de lugares para todo. Una muy buena opción 🙂

This was my second stay at this property (once on the 8th floor and once on the 3rd). It matches the listing perfectly, which clearly describes it as budget-friendly accommodation for travelers. The room was clean, the shared areas (hallways and bathrooms) are cleaned daily, and the location is ideal: you can walk to almost everything!

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé, Nuriya m’a conseillé de nombreux endroits à visiter, ainsi que les manières de m’y rendre. Elle a été très claire sur les manières d’accéder à l’appartement depuis l’aéroport et a été très disponible si j’avais une question durant mon séjour. :) L’appartement était propre et il y avait de nombreuses fournitures diverses et variées pouvant servir lors des séjours. Le seul inconvénient selon moi serait le manque de luminosité en journée à cause du placement de l’appartement.

Very convenient, right on the edge of the main area. Despite shared toilet, all amenities were clean. Room was also clean, for the price a 5 star
