Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. Enjoy Beautiful open space with lots of windows and access to your own private deck. Heated floors for the Eugene cold. A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Please note that there is no kitchenette, just a mini fridge, kettle and coffee :) - minimal, clean, efficient design - Location unbeatable
