The interior of the accommodation is neat and has a view of the lake park in front of it, so it's It was nice to have enough convenience products such as towels. There is also a convenience store right on the first floor, so it's convenient. Parking is also convenient, and there is a park in front, so it's perfect for eating and taking a walk in the evening! It was really very comfortable, and I think the attention to detail stood out very much.. I was so grateful that there were so many bong curling iron, charger cleansing oil, even shaving foam, first aid kit, etc!!!

The location is very nice. There are direct connections to the city right on the doorstep. Just like a GS25, for example. But I had the feeling that the air conditioning didn't really cool. Was sometimes really hot. I can only recommend it!

I was so satisfied with the lake park that I booked it for the first time. All the nearby amenities were good enough to walk to, and the accommodation was the same as the photos/description. I was really satisfied because the morning/evening view was so beautiful. The air conditioner works well, and the water pressure is good. There's no smell in the room, bathroom, or kitchen. The bed was also fluffy and comfortable. If I lived alone, I wanted to live in a place like this. I was so satisfied with the accommodation!

Free parking is great. Also very convenient location near Dangsan station and near Han River. Lots of shops like Olive Young and Daiso nearby and places to eat (although many of them open late at night). We had to go down to B1 to sort out the rubbish and recyling ourselves which was a bit of a hassle. But overall very comfortable stay and had everything we needed.

Han put a lot of explanation (even in english) that were very helpful. The appartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, it is really cozy. The subway station is really close, which is a big plus, and the river too.

I rested comfortably for 3 weeks with a family of four. The surrounding area is quiet ~ The amenities are good. Occasionally, I encountered the owner and received friendly instructions.

Everything is good and countable host. only thing is no clock in the house, some times truly need one in the living area. other than that every things are good 💯💖

Sulin is amazing! She waited for us to arrive and show us around the place. She is also very friendly and responsive, no request is too much! Sulin made our stay incredible! The area was amazing, walkable to Mangwon Market which was great!

Ju's place is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

The best advantage is that the checkout is at 2pm, so it's relaxing..! I was able to play until the evening of the day before, check in, play until late, sleep well, and check out, so it was so nice. The neighborhood feels like a residential area, so it's really quiet. It's on the first floor, so the noise is about the same as the people in the same building going out in the morning...? Other than that, it was really quiet and nice.

Very clean apartment in a convenient location.

This was a great place to stay for us during our stay in Seoul. There were just two of us, but the flat could easily fit more people. The flat had all we need and is on a quiet street inside a courtyard. The flat is in the basement, so there is not that much natural light, but that was not an issue since we were mostly there to sleep. As others have commented, the ceiling in the bathroom is quite low, but it was not a big issue for us. Roa gave us some great recommendations for local cafes to try out (Lodge, which is just around the corner, was our favorite). The flat is also a nice 30 min walk from Hongdae and tons of things to do. Overall the experience of staying here was very nice as a base for exploring Seoul.

It is the best space where you can stay comfortably in Paju. It's especially nice to have a beer while listening to songs because there's a terrace! Bedding, towels, etc. are very clean, and there are all kinds of things that are not available. The best.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had fun:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. :) This is a place I want to visit again next time!

I can't say that the price is cheap, but it's right in front of the opposition party station, so the infrastructure is good, clean and comfortable.

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
