A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Mikel was very responsive and met us outside to drive with us into the car parking and to show us around the property.The apartment is as listed and is a short bus or subway drive to the center of Bilbao. Would highly recommended this property.

Very good stay at Odile's, the accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, ideally located on the quiet heights with a beautiful view of the Rhune, and within walking distance of the city center. We will be happy to come back to continue exploring the Basque Country!

Very cozy, modern and consistent in every way with the photos. The location is an asset, with the proximity of the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra, but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inner lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather, which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and the design of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, the tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden decking path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from 1 June, dogs are partly not allowed on the nearby beach (and most beaches there). To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we can highly recommend this gem!

We stayed 6 nights in the apartment, felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Everything is as described, practical and friendly and simply a very nice place. The interactions with Agnès and Jean-Marie were very friendly and uncomplicated, thank you also for the cake to welcome us and the tips for the area. The location is great, the view from the terrace of the dunes is very nice, the beach behind the dune is also nice. We also did a lot of cycling, there are good bike paths. Conclusion: We will definitely be happy to come back.

We loved this accommodation, the residence is very quiet and everything is available on site (swimming pool, tennis, ping pong) to rest and fully enjoy your vacation. Thank you Anne-Sophie for the very clear check-in and check-out information :) we'll be back!

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful cottage. The very well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and swimming pool very well cared for, and the neighbor's dog is very friendly. There are amazing landscapes around the area (we went to a beautiful waterfall). But above all, I would highlight the kindness and good communication with Veronica, she was very flexible and she was attentive to us when we needed it for punctual issues. ☺️ We would definitely repeat in this dream house ❤️ Thank you!!!

The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the listing is ideal with a nice view! The directions to our arrival were very clear, we picked up the keys from a lockbox without any problems.

The house was impeccable, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The environment is beautiful, there is a lot of peace and tranquility, and it has spectacular views. Laura, the hostess, was attentive to whether we needed anything, and left us some sobaos and quesada as a welcome. We went with family and friends to spend the weekend and we wanted to spend more days there. In short, we felt right at home.

Very nice renovation 🙂 Location. With two young children, we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.

Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay – everything was exactly as described and we felt completely comfortable. Framboise is a wonderful host: warm, attentive and always trying to make sure her guests don't miss anything. We really appreciated their friendly welcome and communication. A small note for tall people: The bed is a little tight for two people with a lot of body size – for my partner at 1.95 m it was not quite ideal, as of course I also had to use it. If you love peace, quiet and nature then this is the place for you. It exceeded all our expectations and we couldn’t have asked for more! Garbiñe and her family are so friendly and although no English spoken we managed to communicate perfectly with Google Translate - we laughed at our mistakes. On the day we arrived they were there to meet us with a wonderful cake made by Garbiñe’s Mum and of course, there is Eri and Puppi, the extremely friendly dogs - just lovely! The immaculate house is full of wonderful and personal touches and the garden is just beautiful and wonderfully maintained. You can see that a lot of time love and dedication is spent here! We took a lovely walk into the woods, accompanied by Eri who couldn’t wait to swim in the river. It is with sad hearts that we had to leave and were are already planning our return next year.
