Via the Eutingen Nord train station (1.4 km away) you can reach great excursion destinations such as the Black Forest National Park, Freudenstadt, Stuttgart, Böblingen, Lake Constance,... The A81 motorway is a few minutes' drive away and offers connection in the direction of Stuttgart, Tübingen, Lake Constance and the Black Forest.

In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
