Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in Eutingen im Gäu. The town belongs to the Northern Black Forest region and the Stuttgart metropolitan region. Via the Eutingen Nord train station (1.4 km away) you can reach great destinations such as the Black Forest National Park, Freudenstadt, Stuttgart, Böblingen, Lake Constance, etc. The A81 highway is a few minutes' drive away and offers connections to Stuttgart, Tübingen, Lake Constance and the Black Forest.

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

Within walking distance to the edge of the forest is our log cabin with 3 rooms and offers up to 4 guests a cozy stay. Our motto: coziness and relaxation paired with nature and sport. Look forward to a place of relaxation and switch off. There are two e-bikes at your disposal to explore the surrounding area in a relaxed way.
