Holiday rentals with a patio in Évian-les-Bains

The apartment has an amazing view on the mountains. It’s well equipped and it has a nice garden with a wooden dining table and a ping pong table. It also offers very bright dining area in the kitchen, where we could have nice family breakfasts. Actually, the apartament was even nicer than what we expected based on the description. Belinda is very responsive so we didn’t have any problems even with little questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This was a really great apartment, a short walk from town and also very peaceful at night. Lots of space for ski’s and bags in the secure basement/ cave. The view from the apartment was beautiful and there was lots of space for 4 of us. Jo was a really helpful host and very responsive.

Geneva is a beautiful and interesting city, where not only Calvin came from, but also Rousseau and Voltaire. We had to do research in the archives of the university and in Chateau Coppet and Lausanne. Julia's apartment is beautiful and comfortable with a lovely balcony. It is located in a beautiful stately building.

Very clean & spacious apartment. Quiet and peaceful. The view overlooks vineyards, a horse farm and Lake Geneva/Alps. We enjoyed watching several hawks coasting above the landscape our last morning. Very charming.

Studio lacking nothing, functional, tastefully decorated, ideally located in Thonon, with the appreciable garage, in the city center. Everything is within walking distance, all check-in instructions are very clear. I would recommend it 100%

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

Perfect stay and this place was for many, clean, modern, well decorated, convenient to go with the family. Bus stop 5 min walk, small private residence very nice brand new. Dishes level and equipment everything is there. Functional kitchen, the accommodation is very large, convenient lockers, lots of towels ect ... well... nothing was missing I don't see any negative points really. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Very nice spacious and functional apartment, extremely well equipped (appliances, kitchen equipment). Easy access and direct parking next to the accommodation. Hosts are very responsive in communication. We'll definitely stay there again!
