Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Evora

The house is well located, for those looking for calm and tranquility. It is 3 km from the river beach of Monsaraz, 5 minutes from the village and a few minutes' walk from the Xerez cromlech. It is a spacious, well-decorated, comfortable house, with plenty of light, well-equipped and that fully corresponds to the advertisement on the platform. We felt like going back! :)

Quiet village next to Alqueva, perfect for two hot days in early June. The house is huge and beautiful to die for... We loved the sunset in the courtyard, and the sky constantly being torn apart by swallows, storks and peacocks... Perfect for recharging batteries, I knew it. Thank you!

The house is perfectly located on the beautiful Serra D'Ossa with lots of things to do on the surroundings. The host was very friendly and responsive and the house has pristine.

if you don't like: the birds singing, the sound of sheep bells in the distance, bathe in a 15x5 pool for two in a green setting, not to mention the exciting discussions on history, geography, local crafts with Carlos... then go on your way!

Were guests at Tina's for 10 days in May 2025. Beautiful well-kept property and super warm hostess! We felt very comfortable there. Estremoz is a pretty place with good infrastructure and several supermarkets. Great location to explore the Alentejo. We 100% recommend the place!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Downtown but very quiet. We slept super well, very comfortable bed. Ana Paula was very attentive, persistent and friendly. Very clean and practical apartment. We liked everything, including the treats that Ana Paula left us on arrival and we thank you. We hope to come back one day.

this was in a great location. we were a short walk to everything. the parking was a little tough for us, but we're not used to small spaces. as a short person, I had some difficulty reaching some stuff within the place, like the clothes hanger, towel hook, cabinets above the sink. but then we saw that they provided a step stool! overall though, we really liked this place and would definitely stay again

incredibly beautiful property which is immaculately well maintained. the area is private and peaceful with a gorgeous pool and lovely landscaping. would highly recommend.

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

Celeste’s place is in a fantastic location close to some great restaurants and a short walk from most of the major sights in Evora. There is some noise from youth in the plaza at night but died down by midnight. The location far outweighed the noise for our group. Our group of 6 included 2 toddlers (3 and 5) and 2 grandparents and it was very comfortable for all of us. The kids loved watching the happenings in the plaza from the windows in the morning and saying “Bom dia”to the neighbours walking by. A few of the fixtures are a bit dated which is really the only thing that prevents this from being a more luxury type accommodation. The included parking spot is about a block away and is a tight spot for a bigger vehicle. It’s in a secure private garage which is a plus. We didn’t have any trouble finding an outdoor parking place in the public lot about a block to the west but it required payment with coins during the day (5€/day I believe). We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We had a great stay in Jorge’s apartment! It was in a very walkable location, and Jorge gave multiple great suggestions in terms of restaurants and local cuisine. Apartment itself is very clean and cool (which is important as Evora can get quite hot in the summer!)

House exactly as described in the ad, I recommend! All rooms equipped with Air Conditioning, TV and Bathroom. Fully equipped and modern kitchen. Shared courtyard with pool. Surely a repeat experience soon!

Always welcoming, peaceful place. Our host is available if something is wrong. We love this place and this accommodation, it's been 3 years now that we've been coming. I highly recommend it.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect and we would have loved to stay longer. Joyce is an excellent host and very supportive with all questions you have!

The apartment had pretty much everything you needed, and Miguel was very responsive, knows the town very well and was happy to provide guidance for any questions you had about either the apartment or the town and it's surroundings.

Very well-equipped apartment, there is everything you need! Air conditioning, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi... Clean bathroom with bathtub and two sinks. As described, it's even bigger than in the photos. The bed is very comfortable for one person and might be a little small for two to sleep in but no bad surprises as it is very consistent with the photos. Spacious and welcoming. Very good communication with the host. I'll be back.

From the first moment there was very good communication with Sara. What he told me about the parking lot was fulfilled, depending on the time it was more or less easy. As for the kittens, they kept me company. In general, everything was correct. The stay in Badajoz was fixed for me as it was almost impossible to find any free hotel in the same city.

Great location to stay at - we had a hire car and it was easy to get to from Lisbon and to visit the surrounding regions. Clean, safe, good bed/ shower. In Jan/ Feb, the room was a bit cold even with the two portable heaters, as there’s no radiators in the room and the oven supplied was not the most effective.

Tireless host, a very beautiful apartment, in a traditional, charming style. The air conditioning is in progress, but it was resolved very quickly. Several good restaurants within walking distance, a quiet area and great for enjoying a few days in the Alentejo.
