Recent extension (2022) overlooking the flowery courtyard of an 18th century house, this 36 m2 duplex combines calm and elegance 6 mins from the metro. The accommodation is independent and adjoins an artist's workshop. It includes a large room upstairs (26 m2) and downstairs an office of 8 m2 and the bathroom. All modern comforts (wifi with UHD fiber, TV, etc.), bathroom with low shower, queen size bed (1.60 m), large TV (Netflix), automatic skylights, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker.

Studio-Breakfast included-The Campus Cottage

This studio (16m2) is located next to our main house. Its sheltered, south-facing terrace has a table and armchairs so as to enjoy the garden. Breakfast is included in the price. Single bed. The RER station La Hacquinière is a 10-15 minute walk away. The campus Paris Saclay, CNRS, CEA, CentraleSupélec, etc. is a few minutes away by car and 20 min by foot. All shops and supermarket are nearby (1,5km). We can pick you up at the RER station if our schedules are compatible. Self check-in possible.
