Comfortable self contained city accommodation with own private entrance, kitchen and shower room. Only a short walk from Exeter St Davids and Central railway station, city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and Exeter university. The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

The Barn, West Ford Farm
The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

This is a great space for visiting Exeter. It’s central location allows you access to the city centre and surrounding areas, using various transport. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink. The room has an en-suite with a spacious shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room has WiFi, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.

Exeter on your doorstep!
Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, just a short walk from the centre with all its shops, eateries and historic features. Or use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house.
