My seaside flat is fabulously located in the centre of the buzzing seaside town of Exmouth just five minutes from the railway station, wide sandy beach and wonderful Exe Estuary Trail cycle trail / path. The Marina and Kite Surfing Centre are just a short walk away. The flat has its own parking space. Accommodation is on the third floor with access via stairs. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, modern well-equipped kitchen, bath/shower, wifi and a cosy lounge - plus board games and TV.
