Monthly Rentals in Exning

The property definitely ticked all the boxes for us. We were staying for a wedding in the village. Having the pub across the road was a bonus as we didn’t really want to cater for ourselves other than breakfast and the church was only 200m away. The beds were all very comfortable and the en-suite bathrooms most convenient. Two had good showers and the third a bath with a bath/shower mixer tap. We didn’t need the fourth bedroom but had we done, although it didn’t have an en-suite bathroom, it did have exclusive night time use of a cloakroom next door to it. It was positioned away from all the other bedrooms so it was as good as being en-suite for night time use and of course there were still three bathrooms to use for showering or bathing, so not really a game changer if four beds were needed.

Beautiful flat, very comfortable. Very convenient to everything in Newmarket. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Laura was incredibly helpful and responsive as a host. The house is lovely and clean, well equipped and a very simple walk into Newmarket itself. We caught the bus to Cambridge several times which is very simple and very cheap (£2 one way). Used Uber for any other journeys needed.

It was a late booking as our previous holiday home let us down. It was exactly what we expected from the photos/description. The bonus was the lovely walks from the Stables and the bottle of bubbles left in the fridge! It also felt super safe as it was a gated farm… well done Will
