Inside the expected, attentive host, super safe, good location, beautiful view, comfortable in every detail, only negative is because you can't take advantage of the balcony due to the air conditioning that overheats the area. No more, great cost-benefit.

Great apartment! Well ventilated, with good kitchen utensils. Roberto and Raquel are great hosts, always available and ready to help with any problem. The building has 24-hour concierge, covered garage with two spaces, 3 elevators and a fitness center. The pool was being renovated. The apartment has two bedrooms, one office, two bathrooms. It's great for home office.

I really enjoyed the stay. It has an excellent location, a cozy, compact and extremely ventilated apartment. Communication with the host was very good, with flexible check-in and check-out. There are only two things I would improve in the apartment: the internet (in my case, the Wi-Fi didn't work any day) and the installation of an air conditioner in the bedroom that has 2 single beds. The building is very pleasant and would only improve in what I said. The rest is really nice. I will return more often and stay in this apartment for sure.

The apartment really delivers what it promises, the utensils and appliances in perfect condition. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the city. Mr. Clécio was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process, from booking to check-out. Communication was super easy and fast. I highly recommend it. I will definitely rent this apartment again soon!

The place is excellent, very quiet and exactly as the images show. The beach is a peace, there is not much movement, calm waters and excellent for bathing. The house has all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Lucas was always so kind and responded to us quickly and quickly. I highly recommend staying at the property and hope to come back soon!!

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent apartment, with everything you need to have a good stay. Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. The concierge staff are helpful and polite, especially Bruno, who welcomed us with great cordiality. I would definitely stay more often.

The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. About the location, we like it very much, but it is far from the beach, with a rather steep and tiring descent/ climb, but using app cars is quite easy

I will return with the certainty and super indication for those who are looking for a clean, cozy place, with a wonderful view, worthy of soap opera.
