This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk from the train station, 17 min walk from the city center, close to the Zenith and the Highway, (Giant casino at 50m, with bakery, pharmacy, …).
