Discover a haven of peace nestled in the south of the Dordogne, where authenticity and modernity meet. Our barn, renovated by the family, combines the charm of old stones with modern comfort. It received the regional wood construction award. It offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The house, at the end of a private driveway of 150 m, is 1 km from Lake Escourou, ideal for walking, and 2 km from the bastide of Eymet, with shops and many restaurants.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

The house has a high-quality stove, exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer thanks to the new air conditioning. There is the possibility of being picked up from the train station for a small extra fee.

Simple house of 66 m2 on basement. The 1st bedroom is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 single bed. The 2nd bedroom is a 140x190 bed and a children's mezzanine with a 140 mattress as well. The bathroom has a bathtub and a sink Kitchen: ceramic hob + oven, refrigerator + freezer, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. (no dishwasher) The living room: a sofa bed for extra guests, TV.
