Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt eine 10 von 10 Punkten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.✨

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Great service and communication you can count on the host for everything you need for the apartment and also if you need any advise or anything else.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Ev beklediğim gibiydi. Güzel bir misafirlik oldu. sessiz, sakin ve bahçesi var. Genel anlamda beğendim.

Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht, so wie auf den Bildern. Am Tag ist die Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich, in der Nacht etwas wenig Licht. Ansonsten super ausgestattet . Perfekte Lage für jegliche Unternehmungen ,viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

Ev sahibi ile iletişim kurmak kolaydı. Her zaman çabuk cevap aldım. Daire temiz ve düzenliydi. İstiklal caddesine çok yakındı. Gezmek için ideal bir konum.

Mehmet ist ein großartiger und freundlicher Gastgeber. Ich habe mich sehr gut und sicher gefühlt, wie mein eigenes Zuhause. Er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Great location, in the heart of old town Balat. Close to all the area has to offer, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of access to the rooftop terrace - great for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. Easy walking distance to ferry, tram and bus. Local advice from Sencen much appreciated. Local cafe’s and restaurants, shoe repair and transport options. Overall a 5 star stay !!

staying in Ida's room is much benefit - clean room with full amenities - close to everywhere by walk - responsive host - nice guy in the reception area must think : - place a bit smaller for 3 ppl. suitable for 2 - pls dont bring too heavy luggage i feel bad with the guy who help me with the luggage. overall i love her room if i had chance to stay long term in Istanbul will revisit again. thanks

Eyup is helpful and easy to communicate. Due to a sudden electrical issue, we needed to stayed in another apartment closed to galata tower for two nights. That place was good with great location. Overall was clean & easy to reach. After two nights we moved back to the booked apartment. Eyup’s team helped to handle our luggage from previous apartment to the booked one. The booked apartment has great location and good view over the gold horn but it located at 5th floor with deep staircase without lighting. Luckily Eyup helped us to handle our heavy luggages, otherwise we must not be able to bring it up to the apartment especially when it had no lighting in the staircases. The apartment indeed look the same as photos but really need renovations, those walls, floor & furnitures are old and some are even broken. It would be quite hot in summer as only can find air con in the living room (we have no problem as May still not very hot, fans is good enough). Star gave to host & another place.

Ich war begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt im Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! Die Wohnung in der 36. Etage bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht über Istanbul – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig, das Gebäude sehr gepflegt und sicher. Perfekt für einen stilvollen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Klare Empfehlung!

Quite next to the Galata Tower I found myself in the middle of Istanbul. Great stay, as travelling with motorcycle. Çınar arranged a corner to park directly next to the entrance (you have to manage narrow streets with gradients and cobblestones though ;-) For me the perfect place to explore the city !!
