J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé au sein du condominium Astra Sky River. Le logement était impeccable, confortable, très bien équipé et parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. Le grand plus : l’incroyable piscine sur le toit avec une vue panoramique sur Chiang Mai — parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le bâtiment est moderne, sécurisé et très bien entretenu. L’emplacement est top : à quelques minutes du Night Bazaar, de la vieille ville, et avec de nombreuses options pour se restaurer et faire des courses à proximité. Tout est facilement accessible à pied ou en scooter. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive, le check-in/check-out très simple. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, que ce soit pour un séjour en solo comme le mien ou pour un couple. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Chiang Mai !

This place located near the Central Festival Mall and the new Maya Mall and has a spectacular pool view. Easy drop off and pickup ride share area right out in front of the condo. Last, but certainly not least, the beds were comfortable and the water nice and hot with great water pressure. These simple things made Sirada’s place a 5-Star location!!

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Overall great experience. Condo was same as in pictures, everything was clean, really great amenities especially rooftop pool. Total of 6 elevators so there is never long wait time. Location is also good, 7-11 is just across the street, multiple food and coffee choices in walking distance, host has also suggested few Chinese restaurants which were really good and I would suggest trying them out. Night market is about 15 minutes walk from building.

We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

Beautiful place!!! Better than the photos! The amazing house provides a relaxing atmosphere. We can play together in the large living room while having our own space when sleeping. The courtyard with the swing is well-trimmed. The chicken coop on the side is cute! Lovely experience!

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent—quiet but close to everything, with cool, fresh air thanks to its spot near Doi Suthep. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

Great apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view and a pool just a couple of doors away. The location is very lively, with tons of cafes and bars around. The host is a true superhost — very responsive and helpful, all small issues were solved quickly thanks to great communication. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings until around midnight due to nearby bars, but overall I’m really happy with my stay. Thanks a lot!

I am very happy to spend our happy trip to Chiang Mai in this condo, with beautiful decoration, complete facilities, advanced home appliances and a luxury swimming pool with a good view upstairs. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will choose this condo🥰

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

The room was very clean, and I had a comfy stay there. The location is great, there’s a 7-Eleven and McDonald’s right across the street, and it’s within walking distance to the Night Bazaar.

The location is very convenient, and Central Festival Shopping Mall is just across the road. The apartment is very clean and tidy and well-equipped. The landlord was very friendly and communicated smoothly. He also bought local snacks as gifts on the day of check-in. I highly recommend this place.

great stay, very friendly and responsive host, even took care of luggage because of later return from a tour. very clean and nice appartmenr
