Our cozy and spacious home is located on a hillside, with an exceptionally undisturbed location and beautiful panoramic views of the Oslo fjord and Tønsberg. The house has a large undisturbed plot, private path down to the water, its own shoreline, boat harbor, water toys and boat space. Sun from morning to evening and you will always find a warm place. The house is only about an hour drive from Oslo and 10 minutes to Tønsberg, both by car and boat. Suitable for the big fami or several families who just want to enjoy lazy summer days.

It is 3min to bus stop, 7min to the city/train station in Tønsberg, 28min to Sandefjord Airport. 5min to Teie Torv where there are from grocery stores, bank, church, bellevue center, pharmacy, hairdressing salon, clothing/shoe stores, car wash service. Sports facilities and gym. It is a kindergarten, children's and U-school. There are playgrounds, 5-7 football fields and forest. 2.5 km to the city centre, 1.8 km to Fresh fitness.

A small stone's throw from the golf course, or about a 15 min drive to the beach. Walking distance to both rema 1000 and Nøtterøy bakery. We have 4 bedrooms. With both single and double beds. It is also possible to insert more beds if desired with more beds. The house is at the end of a small road with only a few houses as neighbors that make it peaceful

Vårnes i Melsomvik ligger rolig og landlig til ved sjøen midt mellom Tønsberg og Sandefjord. Huset har flott sjøutsikt med sol fra morgen til kveld og det er fine bade- og turmuligheter rett utenfor døren. Funkis-huset er godt vedlikeholdt og har to store terrasser. På øverste terrasse er det boblebad og en stor utestue hvor hele fronten kan åpnes. På nedre terrasse er det grill og utemøbler. Inne er det 4 soverom, 2 bad, stor stue og kjøkken samt treningsapparater. God plass til parkering.

Eiendommen ligger i Dalen, et koselig sted mellom Engø og Ormelet. Fra eiendommen er det kun få minutters gange ned til sjøen hvor du kan ta deg et bad fra vår private brygge eller ta båten ut til en av Norges flotteste skjærgårder. Selve boligen er både familievennlig og innholdsrik, den går over to etasjer og inneholder blant annet; koselig kjøkken, baderom, vaskerom, stue og 1 soverom i første etasje. I andre etasje er det stue, 3 soverom og et bad. Her er det plass til hele familien!

Villaen ligger på idylliske Husøy på utsiden av Tønsberg. Husøy er en øy med ca. 1000 innbyggere. På øya vår har vi golfbane, flere badestrender, fotballbane og en vakker kyststi. Nærmeste strand ca 500 meter fra huset har brygge, strand, lekeplass og volleyballbane. Her går også Ole3 som er en ferje som går over til Husvik. Denne er gratis og man kan ha med sykler på båten. Nærmeste matbutikk ligger ca. 1 km fra huset. Det er 10 min fra Tønsberg og Tønsberg brygge med bil.
