Pleasant house centrally located on beautiful Nøtterøy with a fantastic lovely garden. Beaches (10 min by car) and great hiking terrain nearby. Short distance to Tønsberg and Tjøme. About 1 hour and 30 minutes to Oslo. 300 m to grocery store and 900 m to the sea. Good bus connection to Tønsberg. Here you can enjoy a lovely, sunny garden on a natural plot. There is a barbecue, pizza oven, jacuzzi and several toys for children. We have extra chairs and extenders for the dining table. Bicycles, balance bike, and stroller can be borrowed by appointment.

Sports facilities and gym. There is a kindergarten, primary and secondary school. Here you will find playgrounds, 5-7 football pitches and forest. 2.5 km to the city center, 1.8 km to Fresh fitness.

It is also possible to add more beds if more beds are desired. The house is at the end of a small road with only a few houses as neighbors which makes it peaceful

Only 300 meters down to the nearest swimming area. :) Location at the end of a dead end road and has very little insight from neighbors. The house is rented for a minimum of 3 days. The rental cost is paid in advance before the start of the rental period. Mandatory cleaning of the house at NOK 1500,-

Nærmeste strand ca 500 meter fra huset har brygge, strand, lekeplass og volleyballbane. Her går også Ole3 som er en ferje som går over til Husvik. Denne er gratis og man kan ha med sykler på båten. Nærmeste matbutikk ligger ca. 1 km fra huset. Det er 10 min fra Tønsberg og Tønsberg brygge med bil.
