A short distance to Teieskogen and Rosanes (Beach, volleyball, playgrounds, marina) driving distance to Tjøme.

It's a unique view. Here you can sit with your morning coffee and get peace of mind by looking out over the lake. Large window surfaces mean that you always see the lake. At the back you can grill in the evening until sunset. There are also opportunities to fire up the outdoor fireplace to get warm in the evening. In total there are 3 fireplaces for wood burning. New functional kitchen with an island that can also act as a workplace. There are four bedrooms of which 1 double bed. The other bedrooms have 1 1/2 beds. There is a short distance of 1 km to the Coastal Trail

The house has a total of five bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, as well as a furnished basement living room.

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 350 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.

From the home there is a short drive to Husvik school with playground equipment, public transport, lake, beach and great hiking areas. Husvik is located close to the sea and there are several swimming areas and beaches nearby. It is only a small walk down to Klopp beach and marina. The coastal trail is popular. Norway's smallest ferry route, Ole3, goes right by and takes you in summer time for free to Husøy and further to Nøtterøy. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with two single beds. Bus stop approx. 100 m away to Tønsberg city center (6 km) and several grocery stores nearby.
