Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment in a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the down side and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal path Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and chaise lounge ( suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and sunny.

Warm Welcome to us! We rent a separate apartment on the 2nd floor of our home. Centrally located on Nøtterøy w/short distance to the sea, swimming areas, nice hiking areas and convenience store. From the patio upstairs there is late evening sun. There are good bus connections to/from Tønsberg. We have 2 bikes to borrow. Apartment contains: Entrance, living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with inflatable double mattress. Free parking in the courtyard or in the street. Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Cabin close to sea and beach at Tjøme

The cabin is located 80 meters from the sea, and has a large sunny terrace with a gas grill. An annex has a modern bathroom with hot water and WC. The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.

Vi leier ut et anneks/ skipperstuen som ligger som en sidebygning til hovedhuset. Adskilt med egen inngang og uteplass. Bra standard med kjøkken, bad, vindfang, stue og sove hems. Direkte utgang til solrik uteplass/hage med sittegruppe, solsenger og gassgrill. Stille og rolig villa område med 300 m til sjøen med flotte badeplasser, småbåthavn og den flotte skjærgården i Færder nasjonalpark. Mulighet for avtale om leie av gjestepass i lokal båtforening.
