Our old farmhouse is located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein, close to the city of Schleswig and even closer to the Viking settlement of Haithabu. From the courtyard you can access the kitchen directly through the large hall. The 80 m² apartment is well equipped for four people and offers a very nice view of the Selker Noor - and that is something special in every season. The nearby swimming area by the lake invites you to swim or paddle and is also a nice place for games and sports.

Our 65 sqm apartment was completed in April and is located in Fahrdorf on our ostrich farm, on the upper floor of the main building and is accessible via a spacious staircase. The modern and bright apartment can accommodate 2 - 4 people + toddler in a travel bed. The car parking space is directly on the farm. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and a toilet incl. washing machine and hairdryer. The large living room with open kitchen invites you to linger❤️

Unsere kleine „Kapelle“ befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof zwischen der Schlei und dem Naturpark Hüttener Berge. Friedlich eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Äckern und Mooren liegt unser unverwechselbares „Mini-Dorf“. Bei uns leben vier Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern sowie eine freundliche Hovawart-Hündin, vier Katzen, ein Hahn und zwei Hennen. Alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner laufen auf dem Grundstück frei herum, es gibt bei uns weder Zäune noch Pforten.

I am simply full of praise. The cozy and modernly furnished apartment - there is even underfloor heating - is a cozy retreat; ideal for relaxing from extensive excursions to the sluice, to the Baltic Sea - in Denmark you can be in half an hour. Zita and Oliver are a nice and sweet couple. Happy to come back...!

The 10-day stay with Karin was very pleasant. The apartment has everything you need, is very clean and very quiet. And yes, I saw the deer, too. I came by train, and Karin picked me up at the station. Although the house is a bit remote, I could reach everything well on foot, about 15 min. to Schloss Gottorf, 20, 25 min. to the train station, about 20 min. to the nearest grocery store, about 15 min. to the nearest bus stop. The city center and city harbor are a little further away. Unfortunately, the only local bike rental was closed, but there is bike sharing, the next station at Schloss Gottorf. So I could also easily get to the city center by bus or bicycle. Karin is very helpful and responds promptly to messages. If I come to Schleswig again, I will be happy to rent the apartment again.

Hella's apartment has a lot of love for detail - great furnishings: practical, stylish and cozy. The highlight is definitely the view over the Schlei, but also additional advantages, such as a complete, very functional mini kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle - all included and well stored. And the convenient garage parking space around the corner, which also appears more burglar-proof with safety gates. Hella was super attentive, sweet and accommodating from the beginning and trying to make everything possible. Check-in is very straightforward.
