Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Fairbanks North Star Borough

I was their 1st guest 3 years ago I can say that I have found no better Airbnb or hosts in the Fairbanks area. April and Mark are so amazing and really go above and beyond all expectations to ensure that everything is taken care of and that your stay there will make you want to come back. The home is very well decorated, furnished, maintained, and comfortable. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. I wish I was able to spend more hours in the day at Hygge house but I am always here working so that’s not in the cards. It truly feels like my home away from home. This is my 3rd summer staying with them and I will be back again without a doubt. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing slice of heaven with me! It has really helped me get through some long stressful wildland fire assignments knowing that I have this home to come back to and unwind and reset.

We absolutely loved this home. It was spacious enough for our family of 6 and more. The home was clean and had more than we expected. Kitchen was stocked with all of the supplies we needed. We enjoyed the jacuzzi almost every night. The view from the back porch was breathtaking. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. They maintained the jacuzzi during our stay so it was always ready for us. I highly recommend this place. And it’s also within walking distance to a nice trail. We would definitely stay here again.

This cozy home was a perfect home away from home with plenty of cozy spots for socializing and also napping between all the outdoor activities nearby. We found all the supplies we needed for cooking, enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, and the heat in the floors worked wonders. We loved our stay.

This was my second stay at the Aurora Hilltop Retreat and it was just as great as last time. Beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. The king bed is amazingly comfortable and the kitchen has enough pots, pans etc to cook meals with ease. The pellet stove keeps the place so cozy and the hot tub outside the back door is toasty hot. If their place is available, I'd say snag it! The drive from Fairbanks is easy but you'll feel worlds away from town on this hilltop.

We planned a little get away with our adult kids and it was just what we needed. The fire pit and pool table were a hit. We cooked and played games around the table and enjoyed time in the sun room. The house in the wooded setting was exactly what I envisioned.

Beautiful and convenient space for large groups wanting their space. Located in a private area with beautiful views. Overall the house was very cozy and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was decorated tastefully and the bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us a luxury hotel feel while also feeling right at home. Will definitely plan on staying again when we are in the Fairbanks area.

Hot tub was amazing! Definitely would recommend having AWD or 4 wheel drive if you are visiting in winter. The roads up to the house are not cleared. We managed to make it in & out multiple times in a minivan, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely take note of the hosts average response time. They were great, but didn’t respond to messages between approximately 7pm-10am local time. We experienced some issues with the heat during our visit but host did what they could to make our stay comfortable. Not too many tasks to do when checking out which was great! Very nice home. Seems to be well equipped for families.

This was an amazing place to stay. We absolutely loved staying here, it was extremely well kept and everything was perfect. The pantry was well stocked. The place was neat and clean, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. Would absolutely love to come back here again!

This place is easily our favorite in the Fairbanks area. Cozy cabin with enough space for a small group to feel comfortable. We loved having the nice deck and backyard available to enjoy the birds and sun. The hot tub and washer/dryer are a plus as well.

Qin is the reason it earns a 5 star review from me. She is super prompt and communicated immediately. Our flight was delayed and qin was able to help us with late check out which was very kind of her. She is very good

Amazing stay, out of the world Hospitality and completely felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite stays ever. It was a very spacious cottage with very cozy vibes. Colleen wasn't around but had her friend Stacey to help us with all we need. They're both incredibly helpful (yes even Colleen although she wasn't around). It was a remarkable stay and I thought twice if I wanted to leave a good review and be selfish by gate keeping this gem but honestly.. They deserve every single star available. If there's a reason I ever come back, this place would be one huge one! Oh.. Not to mention, I caught a spectacular Aurora right outside the door on the very night I arrived. This place is a lucky spot!! ❤️❤️

Loved our stay in this delightful gem-of-a-find! We even had a baby fox visitor! Great outdoor space to chill and enjoy!

Super fun and cute cottage. Only concern is a narrow, spiral staircase leading to the upstairs loft, low ceiling in some areas. Just be aware and may be a challenge if you are a senior. But over all beautiful place and very comfortable.

This was an ideal property to host a family trip for graduation. We had everyone from grandparents to a toddler for our trip and we enjoyed the layout and amenities of Remi and Matt’s place. We enjoyed coffee, morning breakfasts, visiting in the living room and on the deck, and the hot tub and sauna in the evenings was a highlight. Thanks for hosting us!
