Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fairlee

Adam and Nicole's house is wonderful! Great view, spacious, and so clean. We all felt very comfortable and cozy. Great amenities, and a nice deck that unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy because of the rainy weather! Still, we enjoyed our stay and didn't let the rain dampen our spirits. Hosts were both very responsive, no issues with check in. Highly recommend if you're looking for something off the beaten path and quiet, but close enough to restaurants and sight-seeing. Thumbs up for sure!

The niche was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful grounds, extremely comfortable furniture, and close to all the hikes we wanted!

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

Staying at this home was a wonderful experience. The house was in pristine condition, with everything clean and organized. The view was breathtaking and the photos on AirBnb represented the home well. Brittany was responsive and helpful, on-top of being kind and understanding. The coffee station was a real plus! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would return if possible.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very quiet, beautiful light at dawn and dusk with open views. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is really easy to cook in. We felt right at home!

This is my second time staying at one of Jess’s properties - and I’m sure it’s not my last. The property is beautiful inside and out and has everything you need. I was in town for a full week and this place was just what I needed to relax after long work days. I can’t recommend staying at one of Jess’s places enough. You won’t regret it!!

Loved our stay! Everything was cozy and easy; no issues at all. The heated bathroom floor ended up being one of our favorite parts (so nice!), and the whole place just felt super relaxing. Didn’t need to contact the host because everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely come back!

Dawnside is just as beautiful in person as in the photos. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the views, privacy, and cleanliness of the property. Erich is a great host and the house manual is detailed and useful. We would visit again!

This is the second time I've stayed at the Green Street Hideaway and it's just wonderful: perfect location, homey feel, and it has an all-around inn-like vibe. I highly recommend booking it!

Beautiful rustic little have in the forest under the White Mountains. Lots of space, beautifully furnished. Definitely want to return and enjoy the surrounding trails.

Camilla is a wonderful host and a gem of a person. She made my almost month of stay at her beautiful and inviting studio, extremely comfortable and delightful. The location is perfect as it is walkable to everything Montpelier has to offer but also private and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here if you visit.

We stayed for a night while attending a wedding at a nearby resort. Nancy’s place was warm and inviting, and exceeded our expectations! Thoughtful touches throughout. Nancy’s umbrellas saved the day for a rainy wedding day!

The accommodations was really nicely done. You can tell Robert is handy with all the woodwork that has been done inside. The place is nice and clean and very cozy. It was really peaceful there. The book they left on the bed gave you complete instructions and recommendations for things to do and places to eat which is nice. We came up for a wedding at Owls Nest which was only 10 minutes away which was nice. They also let us book the air bnb for only the one night which was great! The barn was nice. There are horses on the property too. I love the little tractor lawn decoration. The shower had really good water pressure which I appreciate. We would definitely stay there again. The price was very reasonable.

This was our second, month+ long, stay at Dick & Dorothy's place. It was perfect for the two of us. The internet was reliable with fast speeds which worked great for remote work with zero issues for video calls. They are great hosts and respond quickly to any questions. They apartment is only about 100 yards off of VT 100 and has easy parking which was plowed quickly after any snowfall. There are plenty of options for ski/snowboarding/XC in every direction! great getaway for Cannon (11 mins) and Waterville valley (33 mins). Ihave never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life and same for my two companions in the other two beds. just what you need for a nice ski vacation.

Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! We loved everything about it! Perfectly clean and had everything we needed and more (comfortable beds, pool, pickle ball, beautiful grounds, extremely clean, perfectly decorated for comfort, etc…). Could not have been better! Looking forward to our next stay here! Also, very friendly and responsive host. We literally said “wow” when we saw it! Very highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricky's place. It was comfortable and homey, exactly as described. Every detail was crystal clear, which is always something appreciated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, enjoying some cocktails. We will be back.
