Includes a 2440 square foot deck that may be shared with the attached also rentable home. 20 minutes from Emmetsburg & Spencer & 35 minutes from Okoboji. Our fun property offers activities including grilling, fire pit for bon-fires, cornhole, swimming. Located on beautiful Lake George, this is the perfect vacation cabin you've been looking for. The property is located on Lake George, providing you with access to the chain of lakes in the Fairmont Area. After time on the lake, you can enjoy Lincoln Park, just a few steps away. The cabin is also located close to downtown Fairmont, which offers shopping and delicious restaurants, all within walking distance. The cabin was completely renovated in 2023.

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
