The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Charming older mountain home in the upper Hickory Nut Gorge area that has been recently completely renovated with all new upgrades. Access to multiple hiking trails practically in the neighborhood. Home is located in the Bearwallow Mountain area midway between Asheville and Chimney Rock Village. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville.
