Susanna Villa

Ancient Villa of 1908, built to become a factory of lemon and orange essences, which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. It is possible to book both houses that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests to enjoy. The two villas are presented in a different style, there is a modern and a classical villa. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people, is characterized by a modern style, with exposed living stone walls and wooden trusses, and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a breakfast peninsula, 55-inch TV, large relaxation sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning , and a loft overlooking the living area. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterised by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace, which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfasts and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms, one double with bathroom in the room , where there is air conditioning, and the other a loft overlooking the living area, equipped with the Polyphemus Ion refrigerator. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

Nestled in the hills of the Iblei Mountains, where fauna and flora still accurately reflect the ancient Sicilian tradition (ancient olive trees, carob, almond trees and vines) stands this old building, built in the first half of 1700 with mainly agricultural. Natalia's villa was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was centrally located and very safe. It was our first time visiting the area, our flight was delayed, and one suitcase did not arrive on time. Natalia and her sister, Marcella were very understanding. Marcella was so great! Making us feel welcomed on the spot. The villa is very spacious..More space than we 3 needed but perfect for spreading out after a day of sightseeing. The views are spectacular, the people, warm and friendly. There is a Lidl up the street from the villa where you can easily get anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge and anything you might need to prepare meals at home. We can not say enough about this lovely property. We will definately be back! Thank you, Natalia and Marcella!!

Villa Corrado with a Pool. Ideal for Holidays or Working

We had a fantastic stay at Salvatore's. It is a nice house with a covered outdoor area where we took all our meals. The garden is large with plenty of space for children to play. They played with the animals and loved to collect fresh eggs from the hens. The pool is large and good for both swimming and playing. Salvatore is a super host and always ready to help if needed. We highly recommend this place.

Fantastic stay! The house we stayed in was really wonderful and equipped with everything you need (and more!). Bruno and Chiara have thought of every detail and comfort, including the fridge bag, umbrellas, and towels to take to the beach. It was really useful to have the washing machine, the rack, the outdoor shower, the barbecue. We enjoyed great barbecues in the garden and beautiful sunsets on the terrace. 10-star experience, to be repeated and recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Allesandras Airbnb. The place was exactly as described. clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and still peaceful and quiet at night. She made really good breakfast every day. Our host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We will defently come back.

Everything was ok. When we needed something, Rita responded immediately. The pool was clear and water was warm. The kitchen was equipped, fridge with the freezer, cooker, oven, coffemachine. We used air conditioning and the washmachine. The place was quiet. In front of the apartment there was a big garden for the relax or kid's games. Nice place, i recommend it!
