Charming 20th century villa with pool in central Varberg

Welcome to our cozy renovated 20s villa located close to grocery store and only 15 minutes walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the sea. Lovely secluded garden with heated pool and several "rooms" such as patio, lounge area under pergola and orangeri. The pool is about 27-28 degrees and built 2018. A large Webergrill is located. The house is charmingly decorated with vintage and design classics. The house of about 220 sqm has 10 rooms and a kitchen spread over 3 floors. There is 6 bedrooms with 12 beds.

Spacious house right by the beach that can easily house a larger group or two families. Pool is a perfect option for cloudier days. Large deck with room for dinner at sunset. Right in front is a nice and quiet sandy beach that is popular for families with children as well as surfers, a short walk north a small fishing harbor, bike trails and beautiful nature.
